I have never experienced such warmth and genuine kindness from hotel staff anywhere else—but the owner herself took hospitality to an entirely new level. From the moment we arrived with our two small children, she made us feel completely at home. She anticipated every little need, went out of her way to accommodate our requests, and even upgraded us—free of charge—to their largest apartment with a breathtaking sea view, just so our family would have more space and comfort. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were incredible; whatever we wished for, she found a way to make it happen. This wasn't just a stay—it was a truly heartwarming experience. 一條絕對真實的評價 環境：民宿在一個世外桃源小山村裡麪，開進村的時候有早櫻和龍鱗壩很好看，酒店門外就是棲霞山古道徒步起點，對徒步人士非常友好，民宿整體環境避世且美麗，有一個高台可以俯瞰村子，可以看到古橋流水，視野很棒，晚上天氣好可以肉眼觀星。 設施：房間設施齊全，中央空調➕取暖器，山裡晚上冷也不怕，基礎的房間就很大，雙床房有一個小庭院一樣的前廳，朋友一起來的話可以在裏面喝酒打牌，大床房更大一點是一室一廳的設計，活動空間更大，且完全可以當做親子房住三個人，衞生間乾濕分離，吹風機給的是戴森，不錯不錯。 服務：前台小哥和小姐姐都非常熱情，到達很晚還等着我們，出遊前提前加微信問需不需用餐，出門徒步前熱心詢問水有沒有帶夠，兩天的早飯都不一樣，水果超級甜的，臨走還送了我們小蛋糕，真的超棒！ 地理位置：如果是來棲霞山古道徒步那非常方便，如果是去四明山徒步需驅車約四十分鐘左右，徒步完還可以去溪口古鎮逛一圈並用餐，距離懸巖村開車約1小時，最近早櫻開的很好，我們去的時候陽光明媚真是lucky！ 如果你出於四明山腳下的民宿比較簡陋，或者想徒步兩條路線，非常推薦這家民宿，店裡還有非常可愛的哈士奇養樂多和旺仔還有肥貓貓可以擼！ 希望下次還有機會來！！大家都來住！！

The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll. The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building. The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

I have been a global traveler and quite savvy in selecting good hotels:) Now I have to say that Intercontinental Hotels are my very favorite choice! The hotel is tastefully decorated and the room is elegant, clean and comfortable w a sweeping view of Ningbo city and rivers. The staff members are extremely helpful, especially Leslie who graciously granted us the privilege to be upgraded to the executive lounge so we could enjoy some snacks while enjoying the spectacular views from the top/25th floor. The famous breakfast buffet here is also amazing. We had a great time trying a huge variety of Chinese and Western foods, such as specialty foods from Ningbo and lots of green vegetables. Absolutely loving these!Intercontinental Hotels are highly recommended to people who would enjoy a luxurious and comfortable staying in China.

This resort is an attraction in itself. It’s a beautifully renovated Chinese village right on the lake. The rooms are massive with high ceilings and a charming old house feel, perfectly paired with Le Labo toiletries. The gym and pool are top-notch, and the gardens are perfect for a long walk. Breakfast was in good quality with plenty of variety, and the bed was incredibly comfy. A fantastic stay, would definitely return.
