MX Mansion has given me the best overall service experience. You can really feel that the hotel places strong emphasis on service quality. Location: Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city. Staff: Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service! Amenities: The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests. Room: Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel. Note: During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. Since it wasn’t peak season, I was allocated a room with a window panel that could be opened, which I appreciated. 漫心府给了我很好的整体入住体验。从各个细节都能感受到酒店对服务品质的重视。 位置： 酒店位于宁波市中心，位置非常便利，步行即可到达城隍庙夜市、步行街、购物中心以及多家人气餐厅，出行十分方便。 员工服务： 办理入住过程愉快顺利，前台员工亲切热情，还贴心地为我们提供周边导航信息。更难得的是，他们特地为我们的结婚周年做了小安排，让这次入住格外难忘。特别感谢吕小姐的用心服务！ 设施： 自助洗衣房和健身房位于较角落的位置，既方便使用又不会影响客房安静。 房间： 房间宽敞、干净得无可挑剔，看得出酒店应该是近期翻新过，整体环境十分舒适。 早餐： 早餐种类不错，如果喜欢在酒店用餐，这里的早餐能满足基本需求。 小提醒： 冬季是中央空调统一供暖，房间会处于暖气模式。另外，酒店有带窗和无窗房型，可根据自己的需求选择。由于我入住时并非旺季，酒店为我安排了一间带可开启窗户的房间，非常贴心。

Embraced by the beauty of the mountains, this hotel is a true gem, offering panoramic views of bamboo forests from each room. The common dining area is a visual delight, adorned with tasteful furnishings and bathed in ample natural light. Our stay was elevated by the genuinely warm and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to provide insightful recommendations for exploring the area. Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

一條絕對真實的評價 環境：民宿在一個世外桃源小山村裡麪，開進村的時候有早櫻和龍鱗壩很好看，酒店門外就是棲霞山古道徒步起點，對徒步人士非常友好，民宿整體環境避世且美麗，有一個高台可以俯瞰村子，可以看到古橋流水，視野很棒，晚上天氣好可以肉眼觀星。 設施：房間設施齊全，中央空調➕取暖器，山裡晚上冷也不怕，基礎的房間就很大，雙床房有一個小庭院一樣的前廳，朋友一起來的話可以在裏面喝酒打牌，大床房更大一點是一室一廳的設計，活動空間更大，且完全可以當做親子房住三個人，衞生間乾濕分離，吹風機給的是戴森，不錯不錯。 服務：前台小哥和小姐姐都非常熱情，到達很晚還等着我們，出遊前提前加微信問需不需用餐，出門徒步前熱心詢問水有沒有帶夠，兩天的早飯都不一樣，水果超級甜的，臨走還送了我們小蛋糕，真的超棒！ 地理位置：如果是來棲霞山古道徒步那非常方便，如果是去四明山徒步需驅車約四十分鐘左右，徒步完還可以去溪口古鎮逛一圈並用餐，距離懸巖村開車約1小時，最近早櫻開的很好，我們去的時候陽光明媚真是lucky！ 如果你出於四明山腳下的民宿比較簡陋，或者想徒步兩條路線，非常推薦這家民宿，店裡還有非常可愛的哈士奇養樂多和旺仔還有肥貓貓可以擼！ 希望下次還有機會來！！大家都來住！！

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient—it’s close to a mall, a museum, and many different restaurants. Getting to restaurants and shopping areas is quick and easy, and I also appreciated being able to order items and have them delivered directly to my room. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The food was well prepared, and I really enjoyed it. The hospitality stood out the most—the staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and very welcoming throughout my stay. My room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, and I liked the layout with different buildings (Block A and Block B). I stayed in Block B. The only minor issues were related to construction next to the hotel, which caused some noise. However, the hotel handled this very thoughtfully by providing a notice, along with eye masks and earplugs, which I truly appreciated. Another small inconvenience was that my room was very far from the elevator, requiring a long walk through the hallway. It would be helpful if there were an additional elevator or easier access to the far end of the building. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and despite the small inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The nature around the hotel is amazing, but the facilities are quite old. It’s good place to have rest from the city noise. Very comfortable house, with nice balcony and huge bathtub. Breakfast was also tasty. There is nothing around the hotel within a walking distance, so we felt bored as we like active leisure. Also there is no lighting so you cannot really walk around in the evening. it is better to stay in the room after 7pm as the pathway to the house has no lights as well. I wouldn’t suggest this place for families with kids below 4 years old because of steep stairs and lack of baby equipment like cribs. But it’s a great place for couples to spend one day together in the nature. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This resort is an attraction in itself. It’s a beautifully renovated Chinese village right on the lake. The rooms are massive with high ceilings and a charming old house feel, perfectly paired with Le Labo toiletries. The gym and pool are top-notch, and the gardens are perfect for a long walk. Breakfast was in good quality with plenty of variety, and the bed was incredibly comfy. A fantastic stay, would definitely return.

位置在中村旁邊，出門就是樹林小溪，孩子蹲水邊抓小魚玩半天，酒店有免費的撈魚網和小桶可以借哦。房間非常有特色，服務管家也非常熱情，響應很及時，給個夯👍。
