此次入住寧海喜來登體驗超棒。酒店外觀宏偉壯觀，內部裝飾奢華典雅。房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，智能馬桶、按摩浴缸等高端設備令人驚喜。服務更是無可挑剔，非常感謝前台Birdy和Meral為我們佈置了精美的房間，超讚！酒店的餐廳提供各種精緻美食，無論是早餐的豐富多樣，還是晚餐的高品質料理，都讓人回味無窮。健身房、水療中心等休閑設施也非常出色，多次入住體驗下來都非常的完美！

ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสว่างมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอยู่ในสภาพดีและสะอาด พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีเยี่ยมและเอาใจใส่ ทำให้รู้สึกสบายและมีความสุข! การเดินทางมาหนิงโปครั้งนี้อบอุ่นเป็นพิเศษ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ตรงหน้า Tianyi Square และยังสามารถมองเห็นสระน้ำของจัตุรัสได้จากในห้องพัก

The hotel is located near many spots, either riding an e bike or calling a taxi are all convenient. I booked 5 beds for 4 ppl, feeling a bit too packed, not much space for a big luggage but convenient for light traveler. Near that there are many restaurants and café. The staff are all friendly but there is some language barrier. But overall, it was a nice hotel. Reasonable price, highly recommend.

這家酒店服務特別好 前台不僅給升級房型 每次出差洗衣服特別麻煩 這次這家酒店不僅免費洗衣，而且服務特別周到。小姐姐説，你把衣服拿到前台來，然後明天早上你來前台拿就好了，我們這邊有帶烘乾機，嗯，不用自己洗，然後前台的小姐姐都會幫忙洗，這一點特別讓我們出差的。很方便，我覺得這家酒店的服務真的真的超級好，每一位前台的小姐姐都很漂亮。價格呢也不貴，經濟實惠，適合出差首選特別下雨天，洗衣這方面是讓我們出差一個星期或者是十幾天的這種很便利

這家阿朵開業幾年，裝修keep 得好新又乾淨，前台服務員太態度友善，有蚊子蛟，幫我找人滅蟲，服務太好了！我訂的包早餐，款式多有中西式,麺檔福香姐好好人又熱情，記得客人喜好，早餐好好食，推薦購買早餐.清潔姐姐鳳琴，每天把房間打掃得乾淨企理，住得舒適，下次再來！

We had a really excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza. We were upgraded to a family room which was very spacious and perfect for our needs (traveling with two young children). The facilities (especially all of the child-friendly amenities) were great - a huge play area for the kids, lego area, cinema room, crafts, and arcade. My son loved the go-carts on the rooftop. The view and location of this hotel is spectacular - right on the water. We'd love to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool. My husband is vegetarian (no fish or meat) and there were tons of options for him at the buffet - I was unsure of this when booking, but honestly there were so many excellent and diverse options for him. We'd say one of the best buffets in terms of vegetarian options we've experienced in China. For the rest of us, who could enjoy the seafood - this was also incredible. 

## Park Hyatt Nirvana: A Serene Jiangnan Dream by Dongqian Lake As our car wound along the lakeside road, the understated grey-tiled roofs and white walls of the Park Hyatt Ningbo came into view. This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. As Dongqian Lake’s waves continue to ripple, the memories woven by this retreat linger, promising our return to this lakeside haven. Also special thanks to Judy Dai and Brown Wang as well. 😊

I planned a family trip close to Shanghai and this Hotel was an excellent choice for a calm, relaxing family stay. However, I have particularly chosen this hotel because it was stated as *pets are allowed for request(free) and I booked a Queen room with lake view. As I arrived this hotel, it turns out that I had to upgrade my booking to a Pet room which wasn’t featured in trip.com website so I had to pay approx 1000 rmb per night for my dog. The pet room had a balcony with a little grass but I kept thinking that it should have been clearly informed or stated. So if you plan to stay here with your pet, bearing in mind the total cost for a pet room will be around 2400rmb inc.VAT. Nevertheless the hotel is nicely located with a good lake view and the short trip around Dongqian lake was not bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a pet owner though. If you have children this hotel might be a good choice.

โรงแรมนี้มีบริการที่ดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักใหญ่และสะอาด มีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ ที่นอนนุ่มไปหน่อยสําหรับฉัน แต่นอกเหนือจากนั้นมันก็ดี ประโยชน์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือทําเลที่ตั้ง โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานีนิงโบเพียงสองสถานี มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง รวมทั้งที่กินมากมาย ฉันแนะนําโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน

ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับผู้หญิงได้ยื่นชาร้อนให้ทันที ทำให้ความหนาวเย็นหายไปในพริบตา รายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่อบอุ่นหัวใจแบบนี้ช่วยยกระดับประสบการณ์การเข้าพักทั้งหมดให้ดียิ่งขึ้นไปอีก! พอเข้าพักก็ได้รับผลไม้และบัตรกำนัลสำหรับใช้ในห้องพักทันที แถมยังได้ลองทานอาหารเช้าอีกด้วย ซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก ห้องพักสบายมาก มาที่นี่หลายครั้งแล้ว และพนักงานต้อนรับมักจะเตรียมของขวัญตามฤดูกาลไว้ให้เสมอ ครั้งนี้ได้รับกล่องของขวัญเซอร์ไพรส์วันคริสต์มาสด้วย ชอบมากเลย
