El buffete desayuno nos gustó, varias instalaciones cerradas como el rooftop, creo que deben renovar algunas partes del hotel. El servicio del personal fue muy amable Las toallas gastadas y la cama estaba mal tendida, sólo tenía la sábana de fondo no la cobertura, el colchón un poco duro, por debajo del estándar de un hotel 5 estrellas. Dejo esta reseña con el fin de que puedan recuperar el máximo nivel que este hotel merece.

Buena ubicación para conocer el casco viejo de Panamá, justo al lado del Palacio Presidencial, en una zona muy segura y agradable para pasear. El servicio del personal fue siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. En una de las habitaciones de mi reserva me ofrecieron, por el mismo precio, una Junior Suite, un detalle que se agradece. Como punto a mejorar, en una habitación faltaban baldas en el armario para poder dejar la ropa con mayor comodidad. En general, una estancia positiva.

On checking in, we were given room 125. As we entered I realised there was a mold issue, as I'm allergic to mold, on checking, the AC area was covered in black mold. We told the representative at the counter, she then moved us to 421, which still had the moldy smell. When we went back down to tell them, at this point my chest is heavy, I'm feeling nauseous and itchy, she then moved us to 819. That room was completely clean and fresh in comparison to the others. Honestly, she was very helpful, I'm grateful she was willing to help because my trip would've been a total nightmare. Other than that, the breakfast was great, the place needed some maintenance, but overall was satisfactory.

The hotel was in a good location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good, every day there were different hot food choices. The pool was small but my kids still enjoyed their time swimming and playing in the pool. The room was a good size and the two queen sized beds were comfortable.

The attention was really good. Everything is still brand new, that makes the place look better. Just a little suggestion: You really need to control the “monopoly” of the towels reservation on the pool and beach side. People didn’t even go and leave personal things just to separate places (chairs, beds, tables etc).

Очень стильный отель с разнообразными ресторанами, компактным спортзалом и небольшим, но достаточным бассейном на крыше. Рекомендуем вкусные завтраки. Красивое лобби и элегантный бар с приятной публикой. Внимательный персонал . Организовали нам трансфер на большом комфортабельном микроавтобусе и на пару часов дали возможность выехать попозже без доплаты. Не очень понравилась часть обстановки ( стул со своего места трудно сдвинуть. Стеклянные дверцы шкафов открываются на всю ширину узкого прохода, в сейф добраться возможно только сидя на коленях. Эти небольшие неудобства нисколько не испортили впечатления от отеля и в другой раз мы снова остановимся в нем.

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

Value for money. Good size room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa. Good size bathroom. Breakfast with hot food, dairy products, fresh fruits, bakeries, and coffee and tea, not many choices but good enough. Close to Metro line 1 and bus stations. There are a lot of restaurants in the area.

Hotel looked amazing! It was in a nice location meaning if tourists stayed there they were in walking distance to browse around to visit nearby restaurants and coffee shops! One side of the hotel had a nice view vs the other side had the back view of the hotel.Food was amazing and the night life at the hotel was fun…nice size pool perfect for families, couples and/or friends …air conditioner worked wonders too!

Everything was awesome.. i wish i could stay more.. All workers was polite and helpfull I recommend that book high floor .. because the landscape is spectacular..
