There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 7'3".The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately!2. You are only 2 minutes from the waterfront and literally feets away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle.3. The INCREDIBLE views of Seattle from the 7th Floor balcony!!Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential and owner occupied. This apartment is located in the heart of Seattle, so there is some urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. We do offer sound machines. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.Please note that this is a residential building and from time to time any of our building or listing amenities may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. Or, take the elevator up to the 7th floor, and you’ll be able to enjoy a rooftop deck with a grill and sweeping water views (you just might see a whale!).Access to the building is easy on foot, or if you are bringing a car, you can easily park without worrying about finding a spot in our secure garage. We have found that the vast majority of sleepers (including children with early bedtimes) are perfectly able to sleep, and we feel that the unit is very quiet inside with the windows closed. There is, however, the possibility of an occasional night when loud street noise & outside music could occur and could be heard inside, that as hosts we unfortunately can’t control. We do provide ear plugs for these very rare situations. If you want perfect silence, this wouldn’t be the best choice for you, but if you like to be in the center and enjoy the city sounds on occasion, you’ll love it. The Belltown Court HOA has multiple preventative security precautions, which will be outlined in Welcome Letter. Guests are asked to familiarize themselves with those policies, because all fines assessed to unit during your stay will be charged to your account.
