Das Hotel liegt sehr gut um sich Strasbourg anzusehen. Das Rezeption Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sie sprechen englisch und französisch. Kein oder nur wenig deutsch. Das Hotel entspricht gehobenem Standart, das Superior Zimmer ist ideal, wenn man sich nur zum übernachten im Hotel aufhält. Ansonsten würde ich das grössere Zimmer empfehlen. Zimmerservice top. Sehr sauber. Das Frühstück dazu zu buchen lohnt sich! Auch das Restaurant Personal am Morgen ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Den Spa Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt.
Auch das Restaurant am Abend haben wir nicht besucht.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone who will listen. I travel to Europe every 6 months. It was the first time I have been to Strasbourg and the 3rd time to France and I loved it. The most helpful and friendly staff absolutely wonderful place. The only disappointment was the gym, we are avid gym goers but we walked plenty to make up for it!!

Super mooi hotel met een zeer goede ligging. Rustig maar toch dichtbij het centrum.
Heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamer en goed bed. Aan het hotel kon men naar het schijnt heel goed en op een heel gezellige plaats eten. Jammer dat er geen plaats was.
Auto kon op een parking staan vlakbij. Auto werd door het hotel daar naartoe gebracht. Wij sliepen in het gebouw dat over het hoofdgebouw lag. Zou het nieuwere gedeelte zijn. Daar was ook het ontbijt en de Spa. Wij komen zeker terug.

We loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and we appreciated the complimentary water and the little treats left during turn down service. The hotel is a short walk from the pretty town centre and we loved the spa. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and very high quality food, all served with a smile. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

YYnfinito Y másHola, en general todo muy bien salvo que el primer día el agua salía fatal de la ducha, no funcionaba el extractor de la cocina, faltaban utensilios de cocina .
Por lo demás buena ubicación, habitación con terraza agradable y fácil para subir maletas desde el parking.

BBahabasaranThe hotel is excellent with breakfast, bedding, the bathroom. I hoped there was a coffee machine but hot chocolate made up for it. In the brealfast there was a fresh orange juice machine which I have never seen, it is quite popular.

Mmiss banzaiLoved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

EEl_Guapo_ColombianoThis place is amazing. Excellent customer service. About 15 minutes to Colmar and 30 minutes to Strausberg. We went during Christmas and it is a great place to stay as a home base to the different christmas markets in the area. We enjoyed the common area with pool table and played games with other guest staying at the hotel. Free Parkimg is just a few meters away from the entrance down a hill in a big lot. We enjoyed the spa area and daily breakfast. They will make eggs on request. We will be back in the spring to visit more local wineries. Thank you.
