Hôtel cocooning, restaurant au top. Spa - piscine très agréable , calme dans un parc ombragé et proche des commerces du centre ville. Places de parking suffisantes - bornes électrique. C'est toujours un grand plaisir de si rendre.

Stayed 5 days, nice hotel, well situated to visit Colmar and all the pretty villages ( Ribeauville, Eguishem etc). It is a large complex with Spa and pool. We had opted for a superior room in the refurbished wing with bath and shower. It was excellent with view on trees and the little stream at the bottom, you can barely hear it. Rooms have air conditioning. There are two restaurants, Petits Arbres and Grands Arbres. We dined every night at the Petits Arbres. Food was excellent, beautifully presented changing on a 3 days basis. Grands Arbres offered 5/6 courses at the weekend. The breakfast was out of this world, possibly one of the best breakfast we ever had in hotels. There is delicious smoked salmon, Alsace charcuterie and cheese (Munster), cakes from Alsace, selection of brown and white bread, croissants pains au chocolat etc..

This is a review of the restaurant. My husband has severe allergies and we informed the restaurant when we booked. They said it was no problem. First we got potatoes fried where fish is fried. If we hadn’t checked my husband would have collapsed. Then we waited about 15 minutes and they brought some plain rice that smelled of fish. The kitchen said it was cooked with white wine. The staff became argumentative. As a vegetarian fish stinks. The smell of fish was very strong. I would not recommend this restaurant if you have any allergies.

the rooms are plain, nothing special. The pool is old and moldy and cold...What they cold a hot tub is just a cold bubble bath. Breakfast was not too bad. The lobby looks great. Rooms and pool are not to the standard of the lobby and need to be renovated. Room have minimum amenities too.

Je recommande cet excellent établissement, que ce soit pour la qualité des chambres, la restauration succulente et raffinée ou encore l’espace détente (piscine jacuzzi hamac sauna) au top!
