ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมที่ดีเยี่ยมและพนักงานที่เป็นมิตร! ฉันมาถึงเร็วกว่าที่คาดไว้ และผู้หญิงคนนั้นก็รีบวิ่งมาเปิดประตูให้ฉัน และเธอก็ใจดีช่วยยกกระเป๋าเดินทางของเพื่อนขึ้นบันไดเพราะเธอได้รับบาดเจ็บที่ข้อมือ เธอแบ่งปันข้อมูลทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับหมู่บ้านและตัวเลือกอาหารเช้ากับฉัน อาหารเช้าเป็นบัตรกำนัลที่สามารถใช้ได้ที่ร้านกาแฟชั้นล่าง ห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพียงพอ ทำเลที่ตั้งที่ถูกที่สุด แม้จะอยู่เหนือรางรถไฟแต่ก็ไม่ได้ยินเสียงใดๆ เลย การมุ่งหน้าไปยังหมู่บ้านต่างๆ เป็นเรื่องง่ายจากที่พัก

The gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, the main door’s chain lock was broken, as well, there wasn’t any food menu or tv instructions in the room, and no toiletries other than shampoo. The positives? Well, the room was very clean, the staff were all pleasant and the wake up call actually worked! Certainly a no frills hotel but very convenient to the airport.

Nôtres séjour dans cet hôtel était formidable avec l’accueil chaleureux ! Le professionnalisme du personnel. Merci aussi pour la décoration qui a été faite .. c’était super. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. On y retournera. Nous recommandons cet hôtel +++

โรงแรมแห่งนี้ไม่ได้อยู่ในใจกลางเมืองแต่ก็เหมาะที่จะแวะพักระหว่างทางและมีที่จอดรถสาธารณะอยู่ด้านนอก มีห้างสรรพสินค้าอยู่หน้าประตูและต้องเดินไกลจากใจกลางเมืองนิดหน่อยแต่ก็ไม่เป็นไร ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก ฉันจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

Чудовий готель у самому центрі Рапалло. Кімната чиста, простора, непаганий сніданок, який був включений. Вид з вікна правда був трохи специфічний, в ”типове італійське подвір'я” з відповідними нюансами, але ж то теж характерна Італія, яку любиш..

Overall, it was a good experience. Positives: 1. Service was good 2. Staff were polite 3. Reception friendly 4. Room very clean and maintained very well. 5. Comfortable shower Negatives: 1. Bed & pillow was a bit uncomfortable for me 2. I was expecting a room facing the beach, but it did not really face the beach entirely. It was partially blocked. 3. Temperature of the room is not easily adjustable to your preferences. It is centrally controlled.

L'Hotel Villa Levi è una splendida struttura recentemente ristrutturata, con finiture di design che conferiscono un tocco moderno ed elegante. Le camere sono comode, pulite e offrono una vista mare spettacolare, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Il bar con terrazza e la zona colazioni con vista mare rendono ogni momento trascorso qui un'esperienza indimenticabile. Consigliato al 100%

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.
