The private pool is 24 x 12 feet, with a constant 4 foot depth, ideal for swimming or just relaxing after a day at the beach. 1800 sq feet of spacious decks, both covered and uncovered, allow for sunbathing, enjoying the ocean views, outdoor dining, or relaxing by the pool. The entire property is exclusively rented to you, with no other renters or owners on the property. Elegantly furnished throughout, the house is inverted, with the great room and kitchen on the upper floor allowing wonderful views and breezes in the main living space. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and a large island with bar stools. Downstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV and spa-like ensuite bathroom with a claw-foot tub, walk-in waterfall shower and double sinks. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and has its own private balcony - perfect for morning coffee. There are grocery stores 10 minutes away and 3-4 of the best restaurants on the island are within a 10 minute drive.
