exceptional hotel.  good buffet.  nice location.  good amenities.  but sadly destroyed by their service attitude. There did not give us a flexibility for a communication gap.  Charged us when we checked out. 

Warm welcome by the hotel staff.. Aarti in Indian traditional way. Welcome drink with smile. Valet parking.. staffs are humble...

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us well and assisted us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities and rooms were okay. For $70/night including taxes, we were expecting a better-kept room and area. The lobby was honestly one of the nicest parts of the hotel. The pool and gym were maintained but looked old. The room was also very dated and there was rust and grim on the metal taps and drains and the pain jobs were visible on the walls and hallways. Some of the furniture was breaking or bending. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout drapes were perfect. The staff accommodated us with a late checkout and an additional night when we extended our stay.

Fantastic hotel with great value! Lovely hotel. Expansive . Updated . Trendy! It is only a year old and all the interiors are very well appointed. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are very nice with great amenities. The linen and the bath towels are all of good quality. The breakfast is extensive with SO many options for one & all. overall, a great Value for Money hotel. Very peaceful and quiet. NOT city centre though.

Nothing to complain about . All round excellence !! Convenient location and courteous staff really stand out. Ms Briget at the reception went out of her way to speed up check in formalities. Will stay there again.

แผนกต้อนรับบริการดีมาก แต่ธุรกิจแย่มาก ถึงโรงแรมอย่าให้เข้าใจเช็คอินก่อนเวลาแผนกต้อนรับถามราคาไปที่ร้านอาหารเพื่อซื้ออาหารเช้าราคาร้านอาหารไม่เท่ากันกับราคาที่แผนกต้อนรับกำหนด เมื่อฉันเช็คเอาท์ฉันต้องการใช้รถของโรงแรมไปสนามบิน ฉันถามราคาที่แผนกต้อนรับ ฉันคิดว่ามันแพงกว่า Ola นิดหน่อย มันก็โอเค ฉันบอกว่าฉันทานอาหารดีๆแล้วสั่งมา หลังจากที่ฉันกลับมาฉันก็เปลี่ยนแผนกต้อนรับ ราคามีการเปลี่ยนแปลง มันแพงกว่า Ola สองเท่า Early Check In ทางโรงแรมเริ่มเรียกร้องอย่างเข้มงวดว่าคุณไม่สามารถเช็คอินก่อนเวลาได้ต้อง 14.00 น. หลังจากสื่อสารเข้าใจอย่างช่วยไม่ได้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกลางวันกลับมาถึง 12.00 น. พบว่าโรงแรมให้อีกคู่หนึ่ง เช็คอินคู่สีขาว แต่ยังมีผ้าเช็ดตัวและเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับ ตอนเช็คอินฉันไม่มีสิ่งนี้เลย ข้างบนนี้แสดงว่าการจัดการโรงแรมสับสนมาก รปภ.ทักทายกันอย่างกระตือรือร้น อาหารเช้าไม่แพง แต่อาหารก็ธรรมดา ฮาร์ดแวร์ของห้องดีมาก เครื่องปรับอากาศก็แรงมาก แต่ตู้เย็นเก่ามาก เสียงดังมากในมรดกทั่วไปของคฤหาสน์ สภาพถูกสุขอนามัยดูสวยงามเท่านั้น และหากพื้นไม้เหยียบลงไป อีกไม่นานก็จะมืด มีแมลงวันตัวใหญ่บินอยู่ในห้องด้วย เฮ้ น่าขยะแขยงนิดหน่อย โดยรวมแล้วราคาไม่เลวเลยคือแผนกต้อนรับน่ารำคาญมากและสถานการณ์ด้านสุขภาพไม่มีฮาร์ดแวร์

Stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location is nice. Will definitely come back.

The Hotel room was spacious, service was good, staff was good, location was excellent, breakfast was excellent and Internet was fast.
