Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

To start, the service felt a bit inconsistent—perhaps the staff were having a particularly tough day. The hotel offers valet parking at USD 20, but if you prefer to save on that, you can park for free at The Oaks Public Parking, which is just a short 2–3 minute walk away. What I found convenient was dropping my team off at the hotel first before heading over to park. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy service available, so we had to manage all our luggage ourselves. This wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did set a slightly different tone compared to what some might expect. On the positive side, there are thoughtful amenities such as a microwave available in the lobby and complimentary coffee provided daily for guests. The room itself was comfortable and generally well-maintained. However, housekeeping could be more attentive—my glasses and the shower drain area were not cleaned consistently, and the drain eventually got clogged during my stay, which I had to clear myself. That was definitely unexpected. For the price point, I would have expected a bit more attention to these smaller details. That said, the overall stay was still pleasant. The hotel is located near the Oaks area, which is beautiful, and I really appreciated the artistic elements around the property. Each piece of artwork has its own story, and you can learn more about them through a book available in the lobby—a nice and unique touch. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the area, though there’s room for improvement in service consistency and housekeeping attention.

River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the ******. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.

I had an excellent stay at Golden Mesa ****** and Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was welcoming, clean, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The hotel room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean, which made it a great place to relax. The ****** added a fun atmosphere without taking away from the comfort of the hotel stay. Everything felt convenient, well-managed, and enjoyable from start to finish. Golden Mesa ****** and Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again when I’m in Tulsa. Highly recommended!

As expected although the facility is a bit old.

The air conditioner did not cool the room down until after midnight. The sink was clogged, and our wedding party didn't have rooms in time for the wedding. It was very poor planning on their part and an over-priced room that was terribly hot.

The photo stand in the lobby was super cute and free and fast to use. The Roof Sixty Six bar was really fun. Great vibes, great service. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. If we need to stay downtown again, we will probably go back.
