room is very clean and hygiene. hotel staffs, room service are quite co-operative. very good stay for 2 days here. happily leaving the place and recommended for others to stay here. close to city as well. 🫶🏻

it was very crisp onboarding and the room is lit n clean. very simple room with proper comfort. hope the same cleanliness and hospitality will be maintained

The room wasn't worth the price. We booked room for 2 nights. The actual room price and mm t price was different(2. 5k). This price difference did hurt our pocket. The breakfast menu was repetitive. Ac room had cockroaches. There was no balcony and the room had no iron stand as mentioned. Room service is slow and pathetic. Receptionists were good at their job. They had inhouse veg arrangements. Food didn't taste good. Beside there was one more property which had a non-veg option. The ambience was much better there.

Nice stay and worth the price. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and Shoba provided great service. Car parking space was a bit congested, but for this price and location, it’s hard to complain. 👍

Additionally, major attractions like the mysore palace, church, zoo, planetarium are just a short drive away, allowing guests to explore the city's highlights with ease. Dining: guests have the option to enjoy meals in their rooms through room service or dine at the on-site restaurant, udupi grand, located on the ground floor. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, providing flexibility and convenience for dining preferences. Amenities: the hotel provides essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, television, and complimentary wi-fi. These facilities cater to both leisure and business travelers, ensuring connectivity and comfort throughout the stay. Overall, hotel golden castle's strategic location near key transport hubs and tourist attractions, combined with its dining options and essential amenities, makes it a suitable choice for visitors looking to explore mysore. Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.

Well maintained comfortable stay. Rooms are good cleanliness was top notch. Located near by palace and city bus stop. Well responsible staffs.

Room are good and situated in high way. Enquiried at reception about break fast timing on 09. 07. 2023 at 07. 30 am. They replied that it will be available from 07. 30 am to 10 am. Free break fast is not up to mark. Only one item was available at restaurant. We went for break fast by around 09. 30 am on 09. 07. 2023. No coffee was available with break fast. Hence we ordered through room service and paid 100 rupees for four coffee. Room was good and it deserve 4 star rating. Room service and free break fast option deserves 1 star rating
