The rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, providing flexibility and convenience for dining preferences. Amenities: the hotel provides essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, television, and complimentary wi-fi. These facilities cater to both leisure and business travelers, ensuring connectivity and comfort throughout the stay. Overall, hotel golden castle's strategic location near key transport hubs and tourist attractions, combined with its dining options and essential amenities, makes it a suitable choice for visitors looking to explore mysore. Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.
