Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

A quirky University themed hotel at the site of New Haven heritage hotel - Hotel Duncan. Location is brilliant, right beside Yale and close to New Haven Green. Rooms were small compared to the charges. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you

This hotel is really nice and clean. Its design is wonderful. The hotel service team is really nice and friendly. Also, if you arrive at the Train station, you could call their free shuttle service (it is operated by 15:00). The hotel lounge is wide and very cozy. We regret staying only one night at the New Heaven. It is really a recommendable hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room is also awesome. You can enjoy the harbor view in your cozy room!!! If I return to travel New Heaven, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again!
