Il soggiorno al Hotiday di Napoli (Museo) è stato un’esperienza eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, nel cuore del quartiere storico e a pochi passi dalla metro Piazza Cavour, il che rende facilissimo muoversi e visitare la città. La camera moderna ed elegante è arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort, con comodo letto e cuscini. La pulizia impeccabile e il bagno perfettamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario. La colazione ricca e varia, sia dolci che salate. Tutto di ottima qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mariarca, che è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. La sua accoglienza e professionalità hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, è stata attenta, proattiva e pronta ad aiutare in ogni eventuale richiesta, anche oltre le aspettative. After walking nervously for several minutes from the train station and seeing this brand-new youth hostel, I was extremely happy. The rooms, public areas, etc. were all much more pleasant. The front desk service was very friendly and efficient, especially the girl named Francesca and the other girl with glasses, but I didn't know her name. In summary, this is definitely a place worth staying. The only suggestion that needs to be given is that the bed numbers are not very obvious and are a bit difficult to find. The shower room lacks hooks for hanging clothes, which is a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the shower door is only half open, which makes it easy for water to splash out, and I think this can easily lead to damage to public hygiene. However, in any case, this brand-new youth hostel definitely offers an excellent experience!

No había nadie en la recepción y el checking se hacía online. Casi nos quedamos en la calle porque nadie nos podía abrir hasta que llamé al hotel por teléfono y me hicieron hacer el checking en la calle siendo una zona fea para estar con las maletas y el móvil

Hotel room is very tiny but clean. Bathroom hot shower was good. Breakfast was good and service was excellent, particularly Maria. Quick check in & check out. Liked complimentary mini bar items and safety deposit box was bonus. I wanted to check out 12 noon instead of 11am because my train was delayed for strike and the receptionist (man, didn’t ask his name) confirmed me that it would be possible. However, on the morning after breakfast on the check out day, while reconfirming, the reception told me “NO”, which surprised me. Anyway, it’s not a big deal and they allowed me leave my luggages at hotel store for an hour or so. Except this, everything was good. The elevator is small in size but it accommodates 2 persons with one luggage.
