The hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat. The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch. There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

I had a good time here in hotel. The hotel has everything mentioned in it. The room & bathroom was clean and nice. Had powerfull hot water in the shower. Staff were helpful. Very less hotel in this area so it was good one. Food looked like they brought it from outside. It was not that much good. I prefered to eat outside.

Slightly dated but very clean and well looked after property and grounds. Our room had a very modern toilet and shower room with quality shower gel etc provided along with lovely fluffy towels. Beds were nice and comfy. The staff are fantastic, very polite and helpful. Pets are very welcome . We ate in the bar and the food was excellent with the highlight being the sweet trolley. For the price they ask you would be hard pressed to find better value for money. Highly recommended. Mark & Frances 5/06/26

Overall feedback: We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property is spacious enough for a group of 3–4 people, and it was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed how peaceful and secluded it felt — it truly is a hideaway away from the buzz of the tourist city centre. A small suggestion: It would be helpful to provide clearer directions and notes on how to find the property. The address on Google Maps directed us to a different house, which caused some confusion. In fact, the owner of that house mentioned that they frequently receive visitors who are looking for this Airbnb and have to redirect them to the correct property. Perhaps clearer driving directions, landmarks, or a note in the check-in instructions about the Google Maps issue would make it much easier for future guests to find the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the peaceful location!
