Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big!
Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.
There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.
One of the cleanest and nicer La Quintas I've ever stayed in. It includes a nice weight room, updated lobby, abundant parking and it is next to I-25. I didn't try the pool or jacuzzi, but they looked good as well.
FFashion_PotatoI stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet.
Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good.
Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee.
Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.
WWENXINbeautiful city view with two large windows, superb location and friendly staffs. I love the fruit flavoured water they provided. But there's a lot of ash on bedside tables. And very loud alarm from police car and ambulance in the midnight woke me up several times.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อPlease bring own toiletries - only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided. No bedroom slippers. Only 2 bottles of water provided per stay. There is a water station to refill water bottles at ground floor. This is my second stay during this trip and I was placed in a room in the west wing during my second stay. It is further from the lobby. Basic room. Opposite has Target and some fast food restaurants. Overall a basic hotel.
