The doors to the rooms slam and the lights should be off or dim after a certain time. Beds are stiff and only linens are provided. - terrible sleep quality. 6€ euro for a crappy towel that has a bunch of fuzzies!?! No paper towels or hand dryers in the bathrooms either. The pool and other amenities are nice tho and it was fun to mingle with other travelers

It's a good 2 star hotel, comfy beds, booked a single and got a twin. Includes breakfast didn't try it. Air-conditioning operated centrally by reception, no fridge. If staying long try to get room with verandah. Price/quality ok .

An ordinary hostel. Close to the sea (port). They don’t have 24h reception, so be careful. I had a problem, cause didn’t receive a code and information about the bed number. Had to find another hostel for the first night just at midnight. Big thanks to trip.com online support! Even though hostel and trip.com compensated all costs

albergue muy bonito y limpio con todo lo necesario, un Servicio muy agradable, pude practicar mi español. por la noche hubo un pequeño incidente mientras caminaba, los chicos en la habitación cerraron la ventana, ya que alguien estaba haciendo ruido en la calle y la habitación se convirtió en una sauna, hacía mucho calor, le pedí al chico en la Recepción que encendiera el aire acondicionado e inmediatamente se enfrió en la sala común, muchas gracias. he vivido en diferentes albergues y puedo decir que es un albergue entre los mejores
очень хороший и чистый хостел со всем необходимым, очерень приятный сервис, смог попрактиковать мой испанский. ночью был маленький казус, пока я гулял, ребята в номере закрыли окно, так как кто-то шумел на улице и номер превратился в сауну, было очень жарко, я попросил парня на ресепшен включить кондиционер и сразу стало прохладно в общей комнате, спасибо большое. я жил в разных хостелах и я могу сказать, что это хостел среди лучших

Nos quedamos 2 noches en este hospedaje, y la verdad fue fantástico. A 5 minutos de la estación de autobús, el lugar esta limpio, la habitación es acogedora y el personal siempre nos atendió con amabilidad, además nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y nos dejaron resguadar el equipaje para aprovechar todo el día.
Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí. 100% recomendado.

El hostal estaba muy bien ubicado para poder ir al Pabellón de Alcudia, nuestro intención. Llegábamos a las 18:00 (diciembre) y teníamos que llamar para que alguien venía para el Check-in pero tardaba muy poco.
La habitación perfecto para nosotros. Hacía un frío que quizás se podían haber dejado la calefacción encendido antes de la llegada, pero calentaba cuando regresabamos.
La ducha bien pero tardaba bastante la salida de agua caliente, pero por el precio estábamos muy agusto, sin tener que volver por la noche a Palma.
Altamente recomendado!
No hemos probado el desayuno porque fuimos a una cafetería local.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อJ’ai voyagé solo donc on m’a donné une chambre solo pour 4 nuits.
La plage S’Arenal est très proche de l’hôtel, on a pour 7 minutes à pieds sinon la Playa de Palma à 45 minutes à pieds ou sinon vous avez le bus A2 direction l’aéroport qui vous y emmène. C’est bien desservi.
En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, il ne fait pas s’attendre à du luxe mais pour le prix que c’est, cela reste raisonnable. Par contre les murs… sont très fins, on entend les guests d’à côté malheureusement. C’est le seul point négatif sinon nous avons accès à tous.( voyez avec la réception)
Le coin est spécifiquement pour les fêtards, pas mal d’allemand, de restaurants ou ça parle allemand. Si vous aimez faire la fête, bienvenue à S’Arenal :)

DDejan SkaljacThe hotel is a mere 100 m away from the sea and a few minutes' walk from a great number of bars and restaurants. The town itself can be reached by the direct airport bus, which you can't say about everywhere in Mallorca, especially not on the East coast of the island. Our breakfast was in the nearby Playa Blanca Hotel and we had a view of the pool. We had car parking for free in and around the disused mini golf course in the back. It was very reasonably priced rates for mid July high season, including breakfast. The only downside was the check-in process - we did NOT know that we were meant to go to the nearby Playa Blanca hotel to check in, so when you arrive at 2.30am (our flight was nearly 3 hours late) you could be a bit puzzled as to what to do and where to go. You live, you learn.

WWwtknoyb itsjustmeหากต้องการไปเที่ยวแถบเอลอาเรนัลในปาลมาเดมายอร์กา โรงแรมแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เหมาะสม เดินทางสะดวกด้วยรถบัสสาย A51 (เพียงสองป้ายจากสนามบิน) ซึ่งมีเที่ยวกลับตั้งแต่ตี 5 ทำให้สามารถไปขึ้นเครื่องบินเที่ยว 6:30 น. ได้โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าแท็กซี่ซึ่งมักจะแพงกว่า

PppwongGood location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal.
Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets.

I expected cheap no frills accommodation but was pleasantly surprised by a lovely hotel, good sized, clean, comfortable room, with fridge, tv, air con, safe & private bathroom. Staff were friendly & helpful. Although no restaurant on site, having vending machines, water, coffee machine (which also dispenses hot water) & and a microwave at reception is a really helpful touch. Would deffo stay again :)

EE. KuipersThe staff was kind, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. It wasn't very busy. I heard some strange stories from other people but I wasn't bothered by anyone whilst staying. The weather was quite hot and my room didn't have any air conditioning, some nights were difficult for me to sleep.
The pool area was amazing and the water was lovely. Everything is quite close, little restaurants and shops walking distance. There are bus stops around and supermarkets. Something for everyone!

PppwongLocation is near the bus terminal and 3 minutes walk to the promenade where the bars and restaurants are. Room is clean and spacious with clean bedsheets and comfortable bed. Toilets are clean with toiletries and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped. It is a small hostel and provides a cosy ambience. Bring proof of payment for your stay with you as their system got mixed up with another quest's payment records. Overall would recommend this hostel for your stay.
