The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

Bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre est assez spacieuse et propre. Dommage, la piscine n’est pas chauffée donc très froide… Emplacement très bruyant (on entend les voisins et tout l’étage, l’aspirateur, les valises, et tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue : musique de bars, éboueurs, travaux et circulation). Ce qui nous a empêché de bien dormir.

ทําเลดี เดิน 3 นาทีถึงทางเดิน ร้านอาหาร และซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และเดิน 20 นาทีถึงสถานีขนส่ง สตูดิโอมีเฟอร์นิเจอร์ครบครันยกเว้นเครื่องซักผ้า ห้องมีขนาดเล็ก แต่มีพื้นที่เพียงพอสําหรับวางกระเป๋าเดินทาง ห้องน้ําค่อนข้างเล็กและคุณต้องเดินออกไปเองเพื่อปิดประตู พนักงานเป็นมิตรและเอาใจใส่มาก โดยรวมแล้วฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่นี่ แต่สําหรับราคาที่จ่ายไปมันไม่คุ้มค่าเงิน แขกจะได้รับการต้อนรับมากขึ้นด้วยน้ํา เครื่องดื่ม และทิชชู่หน้าฟรีเมื่อก้าวเข้ามาในห้อง แม้แต่โรงแรมขนาดเล็กกว่ามากก็ยินดีต้อนรับแขกด้วยน้ําและขนมฟรี

Well located hotel with friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to help. Previously advertised as a pool there but this wasn’t open yet which is a shame, hence the 4/5 on amenities. Easy access on public transport too/from both Palma and the airport.

I had a really great stay at this hostel. The location was perfect and everything was easy to access by walking or public transport. The staff were very kind and welcoming from the first day, which made me feel comfortable as a traveler from another country. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the atmosphere of the hostel because it was easy to meet people from different countries and have conversations in the common area. It felt social but still relaxed at the same time. The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and the overall place felt safe during my stay. I especially enjoyed the view around the hostel and the local neighborhood atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to this city. Thank you for the good memories and hospitality!

The hotel is a mere 100 m away from the sea and a few minutes' walk from a great number of bars and restaurants. The town itself can be reached by the direct airport bus, which you can't say about everywhere in Mallorca, especially not on the East coast of the island. Our breakfast was in the nearby Playa Blanca Hotel and we had a view of the pool. We had car parking for free in and around the disused mini golf course in the back. It was very reasonably priced rates for mid July high season, including breakfast. The only downside was the check-in process - we did NOT know that we were meant to go to the nearby Playa Blanca hotel to check in, so when you arrive at 2.30am (our flight was nearly 3 hours late) you could be a bit puzzled as to what to do and where to go. You live, you learn.

Чистый номер, кондиционер работает, но слабовато. Завтраки очень простые, буквально столовая, но очень хорошее месторасположение - на улицах бесплатные парковки, рядом остановка трамвая и автобуса, до старого города 15 минут пешком. Окна во двор - никакого шума не слышно. Для тех кто не сидит в отеле, а только ночует очень хороший вариант

Нас поселили в новый корпус, там были чистые приятные номера со всем необходимым. Вид из окна был хороший, мы не брали завтрак, но когда спускались за кофе всё выглядело аппетитно, люди с удовольствием ели

I had a very pleasant stay at Suncoast Ibiza Hotel. The location is excellent — close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, while still being comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and perfect for adults looking for a relaxing getaway. The facilities are fairly basic, which is why I didn’t give full marks, but everything essential was available and worked well. Overall, it offers very good value for money and is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ibiza. I would happily stay here again. 🌴☀️🍹

В целом неплохой отель. Чистое постельное белье, уборка чуть ли не каждый день, по желанию гостей. Ресепшн работает 24/7. На территории отеля небольшой бассейн, зона отдыха с лежаками, бар на первом этаже отеля (правда бар работает часов до 7-8 вечера всего), вкусные разнообразные завтраки по утрам. От отеля до моря примерно 1км, вблизи много продуктовых магазинов, сувенирных лавок, ресторанчиков и кафе быстрого питания.
