After 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. Unfortunately, he couldn’t check in and ended up sleeping on the couch in the reception area. The hotel should either make the self check-in process easier or have staff available 24/7 to assist guests.

Good East-West car traveling location. The hotel is clean, offers every you need for a basic stay. When booking, I was promised free outdoor parking at the parking facilities, however, when I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to pay 6 Euro parking fee/day.

Nice location to stay in! Service is good, receptionist able to speak in English which helps to understand my needs better!

War alles gut. Einzigste blöde waren die Bettlaken die immer verrutscht sind und ebenso die Bettwäsche die andauernd verrutscht ist und man die blanke Decke oder Kissen dann hat. Aber ansonsten war alles ok. Sauberkeit geht nach mein ermessen noch besser aber es war ok. War jetzt nicht schmutzig aber war jetzt auch nicht perfekt rein. Um 0:30 wurden wir vom Feueralarm geweckt und mussten alle raus aber dafür kann das hotel ja nichts, wenn Gäste im Zimmer rauchen und dadurch den Alarm auslösen.

อาหารเช้าพอใช้ ห้องพักสะอาด ที่จอดรถสะดวก ทําเลที่ตั้งดีด้วยเดินจากพระราชวังฤดูร้อนครึ่งชั่วโมงก็ถึง ข้างๆ โรงแรมมีห้างใหญ่ โดยรวมค่อนข้างพอใจ!

มาถึงโดยรถยนต์ ห้องพักสะดวกสบายมาก ทำเลและสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมอยู่ในระดับเฟิร์สคลาส หมดกังวลเรื่องการขับรถเอง เป็นการพักที่ดี แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง! ครั้งหน้าจะมา Live ได้อีกนะ! ดี!
