Ci siamo trovati bene tutto sommato , la televisione però non funzionava a quanto pare solo la nostra in tutta la struttura . E non ci è stata pulita la stanza , dovevano informarci alla reception che era necessario appendere il cartellino fuori . Ma purtroppo così non è stato fatto , per sbaglio ho fatto con trip.com due prenotazioni quindi avevo due volte 1,60€ di tasse da pagare .
Hanno deciso di farmele pagare in due giorni diversi , al mio rientro il secondo giorno mi son trovato la chiave disattivata e il motivo era che non avevo pagato la tassa di soggiorno da 1,60€ .
Per il resto mi son trovato benissimo , apparte queste cose un po strane

Very clean, ok room size, very nice ad helpful lady at the front desk. I asked about some cheese recommendations and she took a time to even search online and explained to me the differences and gave me tips to get the right ones! Amazing 🤩

This hotel is quite new on the edge of Ouistreham and is an ideal stopping point before joining the ferry.
The facilities were basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. You get a decent bed, air con, and small bathroom with shower and that's about it. There is no catering - you cvan have breakfast at a bench if you want - and no kettle or drinks facilities in the room. The place has an automated check-in system, which was on the blink when we visited. It is also a fair walk to get to Ouistreham's limited facilites. On the whole, we loved it.

The hotel was clean and quiet.
Reception staff was really nice even I asked the same question for two times.
He could speak English, and nice to me.
There is no hair dryer and TV is not for Bluetooth connection.
It is situated in little bit far from city center, it took 30 minutes by foot from city center.

Bon emplacement.
Il faut noter qu'il n'y a pas assez de meubles dans le dortoir, surtout pour la personne qui devrait dormir sur le lit superposé, même pas d'endroit pour poser les affaires, pas pratique du tout !
Après la fuite de la douche, la dame de l'accueil avait la gentillesse de me changer de chambre, ce qui a sauvé mon sommeil.

Mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso il bagno grande, equipaggiato di prodotti x l’igiene. La camera abbastanza spaziosa, pulita ogni giorno, comoda.
Colazione un po’ scarsa, solo dolce, ma senza croissant e torte.

Habitación limpia, muy básica, muy pequeña, baño como de camarote de barco porque es muy pequeño. Tenia olor a humedad, aunque estaba todo limpio. Personal correcto. Solo para una emergencia y dormir. Cerca de la carretera. A lado hay un supermercado muy completo. Cumple con su función.

Hotel nuovo, posizione un pò decentrata ma c’è qualche locale dove mangiare nelle immediate vicinanze. Le camere sono piccole, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente valido. Consigliato a chi viaggia in auto.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis was our first stay with B&B Hotels, and the first of 5 bidet hotel stays during a two week road trip around France.
The B&B hotel in Alençon stood out for several reasons. The availability of EV charging stations was a real bonus and made our journey much easier. The staff on site were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, quite a contrast to our experience of many of the other budget hotels.
Staff suggested we ate in neighbouring restaurant where we got a 20% discount. Even though it had gone 9pm. Restaurant were happy to accept us and our discount was applied.
Breakfast was another highlight: hot, well-prepared, and consistently replenished, which made for a great start to each day. Our room was also noticeably more spacious than the one we had in Toulouse, and the shower was excellent, with plenty of space, strong water pressure, and reliably hot water.
What really made this stay memorable, however, was the staff. Across all five B&B Hotels we stayed in the week, the team here in Alençon were by far the most engaged, attentive, and customer-focused.

RRicardoBasic hotel. The location is good, close to the center by walk or car. The room is small and the bathroom is like a camper. I don’t like that you have to pay for the amenities. The breakfast is ok, according to the price. You can bring you dog with you and enjoy the breakfast in the terrace. Also there is a check-in machine in the parking to do it if you come late.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel was brilliant in every way - and good value for money too. Don't be put off by the eccentric exterior, because once inside you're greeted by friendly front office staff and in no time are in your well-appointed moderately-sized room. Plenty of off-street parking as well.
The hotel has a well-stocked bar at reasonable prices and an excellent restaurant serving some of the best pizzas and hamburgers in Normandy.
Highly recommended.
