We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Hilton Clark! The customer service and attentiveness to our needs are unmatched.
Our stay was made extra special because of the ff staff:
1) Lucky - very considerate during our check in
2) Loisa - immediately took action when we reported a concern in our room
3) Parcon - very friendly and approachable
4) Roderic - very attentive to details! he surprised us with a birthday cake by the pool. The birthday girl was so touched. It really made her day extra special.
Indeed, a service we won’t forget. Big thanks, guys!!
Further, the breakfast buffet is superb! So many great and diverse choices. Our indoor dining order also arrived earlier than expected.
The amenities are all clean. We enjoyed our time in the pool! Even the life guard on duty is very friendly.

Couldn't believe the standard of this hotel in Clark. A modern, spacious and well maintained Marriott that you would expect from any other location in the world. The room had an expansive view of the golf course. The design and comfort was definitely at Marriott standards. The breakfast had a large variety though the restaurant was quite dim. The Chinese restaurant was solid and I was surprised by the noodles I had there. It was a plus that this was connected to the ****** as it meant there were more late-night dining options to choose from. Overall very good value for money and highly recommended.
A great hotel in the tranquil Clark zone, notable for greenery and clean air. The staff are unfailingly professional, courteous and dedicated to wowing the guests at every turn. The Swiss-style Markt resto does a good breakfast, and a la carte items form much of the day and evening. A relaxing pool with a bar on the 5th floor is another good feature. And of course the ******. But even if you don’t gamble, you can still enjoy this place.
Room is spacious, they serve good food, very nice hotel, very high end, perfect for tourist and business travellers. It is a little expensive though. What I love about this hotel is the gym. It is good. Staff are very nice also.
Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well.
Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use.

The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside.
We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat.
You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.
Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases.
On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security.
