We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future.

When i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But... 1. This is like 3 stars hotel. 2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

Sono stato due volte in questo resort hotel.. in bassa stagione avevo pagato intorno 150$ a notte.. qui a dicembre troppo tipo 450$ a notte.. comunque hotel pazzesco! Posizione perfetta perché davanti La Isla mall.. camere spaziose e pulite.. personale gentile.. i cocktail in piscina e il mangiare secondo me prezzi altini.. anche la spa ha prezzi alti.. comunque sta cosa che sei in Messico e hanno prezzi tipo in Europa non la capisco

รีสอร์ทนี้ดีพอประมาณเพราะเป็นแบรนด์ฮิลตัน โรงแรมรวมทุกอย่าง แต่คุณไม่สามารถคาดหวังมากเกินไป โรงแรมรวมทุกอย่างไม่ได้รวมทุกอย่างที่คุณต้องการ คุณควรมองหาสิ่งจําเป็น เช่น ร้านสเต็กมีเฉพาะสเต็กที่ต่ํากว่ามาตรฐาน หากคุณต้องการเพิ่มคุณสามารถถาม จ่ายเพิ่ม กล่าวอีกว่าร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนค่อนข้างดีเราสนุกกับมัน หากคุณต้องการอาหารดีๆ มากขึ้น คุณควรจองให้เร็วที่สุดเมื่อเช็คอิน โดยรวมแล้วเรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักมาก

This resort has met all my expectations and beyond. Room was nice and clean, and the all inclusive food in all the restaurants were good. Hasienda Sissal was a restaurant that stood out, the live music on Tue and Thu nights were worth experiencing. We went sea fishing one day and brought back some fresh fish with us to the hotel and to our surprise the kitchen cooked the fish for us as of the all inclusive package. So would I recommend this resort to anyone who hasn’t visited Cancun? It is a definitely a YES!

พนักงานของโรงแรมเป็นกันเองมาก ห้องพักและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมสะอาดมาก ริมสระว่ายน้ํา บาร์และอาหารว่างของโรงแรมก็อร่อย! คุณภาพไม่ค่อยดี (สั่งมัทฉะลาเต้ที่ล๊อบบี้แต่ไม่มีกลิ่นมัทฉะเลย) และสั่งได้ตลอดเลยไม่สน จองร้านสเต็กไว้สําหรับมื้อเย็นแต่สั่งสลัดกับซุปเยอะกว่าที่คิด เสียดายกินไม่ได้เลยเสียดายมาก ถ้าทานนิดนึงอาจจะต้องเช็คจํานวนล่วงหน้า แถมอาหารรูมเซอร์วิสก็เยอะด้วย อยากกินเพิ่ม หาดไม่ใช่โรงแรมหน้าคุณเลยสามารถนั่งรถรับส่งไปชายหาดส่วนตัวได้เลยทะเลอยู่ตรงหน้า! ไม่แนะนําสําหรับผู้ที่ต้องการทําเลนี้แต่เราชอบมาก ขอบคุณที่มีความสุขมากค่ะ

We had an amazing stay at Altitude at Krystal Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean. The ocean-view balcony was one of our favorite features, we spent so much time relaxing there, enjoying the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. The location of the resort is truly one of its biggest highlights. It sits on one of the best stretches of beach in Cancun, with crystal-blue water and calm waves that made the beach experience unforgettable. The beach service was also a huge plus and something we appreciated, especially compared to other Cancun resorts we have stayed at. The restaurant options were great, and we had no issues making reservations during our stay. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There are a few areas where the resort could improve. The pools and many of the bars close a little too early, and extending those hours would make the experience even better. The buffet could also use more variety and improved dessert options. Adding something like a self-serve ice cream station would be a great addition and is something many other resorts offer. Aside from those small improvements, our experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to Alttude at Krystal Grand for another Cancun vacation.
