RRayRefer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast. The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube. Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone. There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper. You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

JJen FanWe had a nice deal for eight nights for a meeting held in Cancun conference center, which is just 3 minute walk from the hotel. The location is very nice and it is also easy to walk to the beach. The facility is a bit old. The staffs are helpful.

VVincci ChanA serene little resort in the north of Hotel Zone with mostly retirees and couples. We enjoyed 4 nights all inclusive here with friendly service and the beautiful sunsets over the lagoon. Personally find that the lagoon side is much more charming and relaxing as there is no loud music blasting all day. You can kayak to the other side on a good day with little effort. You still get the water taxi to the sister hotels on beachfront and can enjoy the snacks and drinks there. For restaurants and food, it was okay standard buffet quality. Asian guests will find the asian restaurant offering… interesting. Also soundproofing not the best for rooms as the door has a gap between the frame so road noise from the boulevard can spill in, but we got used to this minor nuisance.

Sshuan19I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in. My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Cancun!

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

FFlyplanetЯ приехал очень поздно в отель, около 2 ночи и меня без проблем заселила девушка на ресепшене. Отель находится в центре города и была слышна небольшая музыка. В номере было очень темно. Я не мог ничего разглядеть. Кровать и подушки удобные. На одну - две ночи можно остановится. На долгий период не советую.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

ผผู้เข้าพัก這裏環境實在是太好了，有自己的海灘和游泳池，沙灘很乾凈，沙灘椅遮陽棚充足，還有自己的無邊大泳池，泳池旁邊餐廳的食物也是很讚的，藍色的大海美不勝收，前台女員工親切和藹，前台和餐廳都可以刷信用卡，最值得一住再住的是性價比超高，附近的酒店都好幾千呢，關鍵看能不能接受後面這些缺點。房間設施都非常陳舊，有一道鎖着的木門和隔壁房間相連，完全不隔音，還有陽台是互通的，最鬧心的就是房間的門鎖，幾乎每次出門回來門禁卡都會失靈，然後就得到前台重刷一下，如果是剛游完泳，穿着濕漉的泳衣進前台那空調巨冷的房間真是有點勇氣！住了四五天，雖然每天都會有清潔工來打掃，但是從來不換浴巾床單，哪怕濕的在洗手枱上，也會被摺好放回毛巾架，不給換！看了每天衞生員打掃衞生的車，上面衹有清潔劑衞生紙洗髮液肥皂什麼的，衹有一次見到一個小推車上有少許換洗的布品，估計要到實在不行才會有機會換，毛巾浴巾洗得發灰毛邊了，很舊。第一天入住檢查了床單，沒有頭髮，有個洗掉色的黑斑。還有就是攜程訂的一天大師套房，但並沒有給換掉那個不隔音通陽台的小房間。另外前台晚班男員工業務不熟，害我多付兩百比索訂房還沒法退，因為剛游完泳門禁卡失效進不去房間，在前台巨冷的空調吹感冒了，最後退房那日電梯壞了，衹能自己提着行李箱下六層樓……
