"Останавливались в этом отели уже не в первый раз, в прошлый раз все было намного лучше, в этот раз, достался старый номер, еще и смежный, менеджер сказал что ни чем помочь не может и заменить номер не могут, в итоге пришлось ждать пока починят балконную дверь так как она не закрывалась, звукоизоляции нет, слышно все что происходит в соседнем номере и то что происходит в коридоре.

Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

ผผู้เข้าพักI love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences.
What I liked:
Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options.
What I didn’t like:
Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly.
Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place.
When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that.
The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind.

ผผู้เข้าพักI absolutely recommend this resort if you're looking for high-energy, sexy fun! The Playmakers help get the party started each day and there's always something happening during the day. Jungle Jay, Ragu, Cami, Andre, and Oswa are the BEST!! Around 10:15p the fun moves to BASH, which is an outdoor club and starts with a theme-night performance. I have traveled to this resort solo several times and always felt safe and welcomed .... and made tons of friends. I like that people there are non-judgmental - you can truly be yourself without reservation. If you're in Cancun, definitely put Temptation on your radar. Once you go, you'll be back.

Das Personal war stets aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell – jeder Wunsch wurde einem förmlich von den Augen abgelesen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Liebe zum Detail, sei es bei der Zimmerausstattung, dem Housekeeping oder beim Service am Pool und Strand.
Die Zimmer sind modern, großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das türkisfarbene Meer. Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem und sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.
Kulinarisch lässt das Hotel keine Wünsche offen: Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von hervorragender Qualität, und auch das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ein echtes Highlight – kreativ, frisch und perfekt abgestimmt.
Die Lage direkt am privaten Strandabschnitt ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wer Entspannung, Stil und exzellenten Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann das SLS Hotel Cancun uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.
BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned!
There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado 23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that.
Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.
