TTianyi_sgHotel has a good location; walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket; close to ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. Room is simple, a bit old but spacious. Our room doesn’t hav a view unfortunately. Overall a gd stay and value for money.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe are here on vacation. The facilities are great, but the service and management are terrible. 1. We booked an ocean-view room but were given a room with a roof view instead. The ocean view was completely blocked. We were told we couldn’t change the room because there were no available rooms. We had to stay in the roof-view room for one night until a proper ocean-view room became available the next day. No price difference was refunded, and we only received some snacks and a bottle of wine as compensation. 2. While we were sleeping in our room, a hotel staff member entered without our permission. This happened at 7 p.m., even though the room had already been cleaned in the morning and we did not hang a “cleaning required” sign on the door. We were extremely angry as this left us feeling shocked and unsafe. When we reported this to the front desk, they claimed that rooms are cleaned twice a day, which sounded strange since we’ve never encountered this policy at other hotels. We are unsure if this explanation was true. 3. The phone in our room was unable to connect to the front desk for three consecutive days. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be fixed, but it remained broken until we left. We never saw any maintenance staff come to repair it. Each time we needed to contact the front desk, we had to go downstairs.

ผผู้เข้าพักI love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences. What I liked: Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options. What I didn’t like: Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly. Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place. When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that. The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind.

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

KKirill D.Intercom Lots of beach beds and umbrellas,extremely clean,not designated so ppl from other properties come and use it,waiters constantly offer food/drinks NOT free 100pesos for corona,food more than back home in Canada roughly 300pesos for wings or burger or chicken strips. Freshly baked fish 750Pesos/kg, 3 tacos-300pesos. Tiny buffet if you think you gonna have rows and rows of food think again,MayBe 20foot long buffet,EXACT same food for 10 days(brutal).One person working @ omelette station with min 12min wait.Even though it was prepaid breakfast they make you sign a receipt 1100Pesos, couldn't figure out why, so after 4th day we were getting ZERO service, yup wouldn't even offer a cup of tea/coffee,ended up figuring it out,they expect 10% tip on the 1020Pesos(cost of breakf for 2ppl) so 100pesos each time you eat(NOT joking),so our 20-50pesos tips WERENT enough! For dinners we ALWAYS go off resorts when in cancun cuz there are soo many great options,this hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants like Harry's, Mono, Ilios,but bus station is right outside (12pesos each way) Room facing Lagoon which is main road,can hear EVERY car, person talking,so noisy day and night,plus our room was next to janitor's room so in and out slamming door and talking on a radio from 6am till 6pm(BRUTAL!)shower is large,sink over floating, mattresses rock hard but sheets are super white,AC worked well, 2pools,restaurant and pool bar empty.Lots of beds avail, Check in/out super quick and front desk people are Extremely helpful! So there's gas station across the street beer is 25pesos, there's supermarket 7min walk beer is 15pesos and has fresh Fruits,liq,jugs of water Basically if you looking for Mexican experience ALL inclus,cheap food/drink this is NOT it! If you looking for quiet getaway with prices on higher end but still be in Mexico this is the place for you! If you looking for same sand and all inclusive def need to look else where unless you don't mind grocery shopping on your vacay. Would I come back to this location-I doubt it,just doesn't make sense to me in sense of México experience!I def don't feel like spending more $ than I do @ home

AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.  BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned!   There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado  23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that.  Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.
