"酒店位置絕佳，設施都非常好。餐食不錯，有些服務員態度好，熱情。但不得不説幾點，酒店潮濕牆面都是水跡，被褥都是潮的，建議入住期間衣服不要洗，乾的衣服不能取出，會變濕。這應該是臨海的原因。但不適合多住。還有一件令我非常不開心的事情。我中午12點退房，將行李寄存就去吃午飯了。行李部的禮賓問我要不要打車我説用Uber，他有些不高興。等我回來取行李，他們居然沒寄存我的行李將我行李丟在門外孤零零的。我當時就非常生氣，有一種被酒店趕出門的客人感覺。太過分了！"

"The hotel generally is good, easy to book restaurants; staff are friendly; it would be great if the foods in the main buffet restaurant could be more diversified; during our 5-night stay, only two night shows in the main theater, were expecting more."

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"I visited the hotel to stay and take a rest alone. It was good to stay. The room was clean and they have at least three spots to order drinks. This was my first hotel in Cancun so that I couldn't compare to others."

"人生の終わりが近づいたとしても、きっと思い出すホテルだと思います。 それほどまでに、心に残る素晴らしい滞在でした。 何よりも、スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが本当に最高。一つひとつの対応が丁寧で温かく、「歓迎されている」と心から感じられました。 お部屋からの眺めも最高で、時間を忘れて見入ってしまうほど。 他の口コミで「建物が古い」と書かれているのを見ましたが、まったく気になりません。むしろ手入れが行き届いていて、とても綺麗で快適でした。 アメニティはフェラガモで、質も香りも素晴らしく、使うたびに気分が上がります。 また、お水のボトルが大きいのも地味に嬉しいポイントでした。 今回はこのホテルで年越しを迎えることができたのも、忘れられない思い出です。 年越しという特別なタイミングだったからか、可愛いぬいぐるみのプレゼントまでいただき、心が温かくなりました。 すべてにおいて満足度が高く、また必ず戻ってきたいと思えるホテルです。 自信をもっておすすめします。"

"Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service."
