Ankunft mitten in der Nacht am Flughafen Hyderabad mit fast zwei Stunden Verspätung. Trotzdem wartete jemand vom Hotel auf mich und stellte sicher, dass der Fahrer mich sicher ins Hotel fährt. The hotel is mall oppositl. At check out, suman handled it quite carelessly when she mentioned that we have not paid for the room and they will charge the card. I had booked thru trip.com and paid and have a receipt. The card she mentioned was not even ours. After much findings, we realised its a card by trip.com and not ours. There was no need to mention as we had already paid to trip.com. We were waiting to get into our vehicle to the airport and caused unnecessary stress. I thought the service at reception could have been better. The service at the cafe was wonderful for breakfast.

공항에서 거리가 멀지는 않습니다. 다만 저는 인도 친구분이 차를 태워줘서 우버나 택시로는 이동하지 않았습니다. 호텔은 청결하고 방도 넓었습니다. 호텔 앞 2차선 도로 확장공사가 있어서 조금 시끄러웠지만 공사가 끝나고 도로가 넓어지면 사용하기에 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

ยกเว้นสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรม ทุกอย่างดีหมด ในห้องมีปลั๊กอยู่ห้าหรือหกปลั๊ก ใช้ได้เพียงอันเดียว ปลั๊กอื่นๆ กำลังจะพัง เครื่องปรับอากาศก็เสีย สวิตช์เสีย และใช้ได้เฉพาะเกียร์สามที่ใหญ่ที่สุดเท่านั้นในครั้งแรก วินาที และเกียร์สาม มี WIFI ก็เหมือนไม่มี แค่เฟรมเดียวก็รับได้ ห้องเป็นแบบเก่าและพบแมลงสาบตัวเล็ก โรงแรมดูหรูหรา บริการดี และอาหารเช้าของร้านอาหารก็ดีมาก

Hotel prices in Hyderabad during the high season are shockingly expensive. I chose this place for its proximity to work, but at this price, the small lobby, a limited selection of soft drinks in the shop, and the busy road making it impossible to cross to the Starbucks across the street were disappointing. Still, it’s an option when other hotels are unaffordable during the high season.

Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room

Best service, best food and staff is very humble. Specifically dining area staff members are very professional, proactive, supportive and humble. In my last visit with my family, Mr. Biranjit Singha a young boy shown best hospitality. Really, it’s my favorite place to stay in Hyderabad with family.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Silver Clé. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall service was good. The location was convenient, and the stay was peaceful. Overall, a good experience and I would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.
