房間挺大的，床也很大，窗外風景也不錯，唯一的缺點是沒有可以開窗的地方，衞生間的排風扇也沒有開關，不知道屋內空氣是如何流通的，早餐300比索太貴了

Hotel staff are really friendly at the front desk. But they don't honor our requests when we ask for things. Housekeeping forgets to give us things that we requested with simple things like towels, cups, and shower caps for hair. We asked the front desk to clean our room, we go out, and come back several hours later, and our room is still not clean. This has happened several times and we have to wait for our room to be cleaned after a long day out and about doing things. This is quite an expensive hotel to stay at each night and the things we request are not being given or done.

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

The Courtyard Puebla Las Animas offers an exceptional stay, primarily defined by its majestic location. My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to. Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

位置在市中心附近，緊鄰一所大學。房間非常整潔，舒適。床比較軟。游泳池不能使用。周邊沒有公交系統，開車或打車比較方便。

ทุกอย่างลงตัวแต่ผมอยู่ตลอดว่าให้เค้าเอาน้ําขวดเพิ่มมาในห้อง((เค้าไม่ได้) พอโทรไปขอน้ําที่รีเซฟชั่นเค้าก็บอกว่า((เราน้ําดื่มหมดต้องซื้อในร้านใกล้ๆ 1)) พวกคุณเป็นอะไร??? ไม่มีน้ํา??? พูดจริงเหรอ??

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

Mi estancia fue placentera, el cuarto bastante espacioso. El bufet de los desayunos es amplio y sabroso. Lo único que de alguna manera no está a la altura del hotel es la alberca, porque solo sirve de adorno ya que el agua está fría, por el frío que hace en Puebla sería mejor una alberca techada, sino tienen caldera para calentar el agua.
