แม้ว่าที่ตั้งของโรงแรมจะเป็นชายทะเล แต่ยังอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีขนส่ง สถานีขนส่งสนามบิน พิพิธภัณฑ์โบราณคดี ปราสาท และถนนวันที่ 25 สิงหาคมที่มีชีวิตชีวาที่สุด สามารถเดินไปได้ เราพักที่นี่ 3 คน เลือกพักห้องแฟมิลี่ โรงแรมมีพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ 35 ตารางเมตร เพียงพอสําหรับ 4-5 คน การออกแบบตกแต่งอย่างดี อาหารเช้าก็เข้มข้นและอร่อย ข้อเสียคือโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในเขตเก่า สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบค่อนข้างแคบและเลอะเทอะ และเนื่องจากช่วงนอกฤดูท่องเที่ยว ร้านอาหารทะเลที่ชั้นบนสุดของโรงแรมไม่เปิด มีโอไลฟ์กรีนและเลอเกซี่ใต้กลุ่มเดียวกันในย่านเดียวกัน โรงแรมสองแห่ง มาอีกครั้งในครั้งต่อไปฉันต้องการลอง

Good location, excellent service and amazing staff. They were very friendly and our room was very clean and tidy. Also it was smelling freshness when we entered the room. Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

เป็นโรงแรมขนาดไม่ใหญ่มาก หกเจ็ด ชั้นละสี่ห้าห้อง ห้องหันหน้าออกทะเล วิวดีมาก นอนฟังเสียงคลื่นทุกคืน สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ธรรมดา บริการอยู่ในสถานที่ ทําเลค่อนข้างไกล สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกใกล้เคียงก็ธรรมดา แต่เดิน 10 นาทีถึงที่ที่ค่อนข้างเจริญ โดยรวมดี

酒店位置不錯，離商業街道近，去巴士總站、港口十幾分鍾步程。但前台服務水平差，職業素養不足，尤其是下午值班的年輕女士，我們7人訂三間房，第一天每間房衹給一張門卡，要求每人配一張門票，反覆交涉多次，她都叉開話題，不予正面迴應，前台另一位女士知道我們的要求，製作了幾張門卡給我們。我們有兩間是家庭房，安排錯了房間（不同房型），打開了行李，又重新收拾換房。我們住三天，衹是冰箱有兩瓶瓶裝水（兩人房間），打掃衞生後也不添加。與她交涉，説是酒店的政策衹供應一天的免費瓶裝水，以後就要房客到一樓購買。再談，她乾脆黑臉不理了！最離譜是最後一天，清晨吃早餐時我們中的3人拿行李到大堂，以便餐後退房趕到碼頭坐船，前台值班的男士不讓她們的行李箱進來，要放在門外（前台視線之外）。餐後三件行李箱不見了！我們急忙與值班的男士交涉，他毫不知情，説可能是裝車去碼頭了。我們跑到街上，一團人正在裝車上行李，才把我們的行李找回。這是我們希臘之行所住宿的四間酒店中服務最差的一間，也是我們唯一給予差評的一間。

โลเคชั่นดีมาก ใกล้ทะเลมาก กินสะดวกมาก ล๊อบบี้โรงแรมใหม่มาก ห้องเก่าไปหน่อย แต่สะอาด พนักงานน่ารัก บางทีจองช้าก็แพงมาก ราคาต่ําไปหน่อย

The hotel is pretty clean and modern. We found the beds to be very comfy and the hotel's location was pretty convenient near the old town and port areas. The rooms are well appointed with a couple of chairs, a work area, a coffee/tea station, big TV and a large bathroom. There were enough plugs around the room and many switches with light settings to get it just right. We appreciated the balcony and the view outside but there were some cars that drove by with very loud music each night. The only significant complaint we had was that the bathroom shower leaked very easily in our rooms and got the floor wet near the toilet. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good with a variety of Crete foods like cheese and pastries. There was fresh scrambled eggs and a very good sausage available as well. The breakfast also had a large variety of preserved fruits that paired well with the Greek yoghurt and included oranges, cherries, grapes and figs. We appreciated that the hotel had inexpensive parking nearby at Central Parking which was 7 Euros per day with unlimited in/out privileges as long as we got a stamp when we got in. The hotel also had a restaurant that offered room service and there was a popular cafe just across the street. This hotel was a good base for exploring Crete with a convenient location near the airport and the price was very fair for us.

I had a lovely 2 days stay here! The staff was helpful and friendly, room service was excellent too! This was the nicest hotel for a great price! I chose the budget room and will come back again! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Cheers!

酒店作為四星評級，名置實歸。大堂和二樓餐廳都很漂亮，裝修典雅空間高郎。房間也不錯。22平米也基本符合。床具被套都很舒服。早餐很好，品種較多，服務非常棒，紅茶是一人一個茶壼開水，一套杯具，送茶上座，咖啡也送上桌。餐桌是兩層桌布，漂熨得挺括。這種服務應該是五星級酒店玩的，可卡頓酒店也給你做到了，這很了不起。早到和退房之後的行李寄存也很周到。前台服務非常細緻熱情，耐心回答諮詢的問題。位置挺好，正對着幹尼亞一個古建築的大門，（該建築正在重新蓋房頂，可能會是一個旅遊品中心）去老城衹有2～300米，非常方便。入住兩天，價有所值。 唯一值得改進的是抽紙被安放在洗臉盆下方，不仔細找是找不到的。建議簡單地放在房間桌子上即可。見圖11。 設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：非常好

Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

(ห้อง V(5) น่าจะได้รับการแนะนําเรื่องนี้ด้วยมีส่วนลดให้!) ยังไงพนักงานก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกันรวมถึงทําเลที่ตั้ง แนะนํา1a taxi ลง/รับคุณไม่ได้ 2 ควรเตรียมตัวเดินพร้อมสัมภาระประมาณ 300 เมตร ห้องพักสะอาด สะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด อีกทั้งเนื่องจากที่นี่เป็นโครงสร้างทางประวัติศาสตร์3ไม่มีลิฟท์ อาหารเช้าที่โดดเด่นมีให้เลือกในวิวที่สวยมากของท่าเรือเก่าๆ
