The only thing I don't like is that you can only stay 21 days the hotel should allow for people to stay longer some people are looking for houses or apartments and have to keep moving from place to place until they get a place to stay that is my problem I like to stay in one place cuz I like this hotel a lot but I have to move every 21 days for 7 days I can't see how you can consider it and squatting when people are trying to find housing that's the only regret I have other than that the hotel is fine the people are wonderful that's all I got to say
ผผู้เข้าพักStayed for 3 nights - checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on a Monday morning. Got the ADA room and was mostly okay with it (I never turn down a walk-in shower), but was put off by the fact that there was nowhere to hang clothing and nowhere to place toiletries in the bathroom. Luckily I didn't need to hang anything, but this would have been a problem if I'd brought dress clothes. As for where to put toiletries, I ended up placing the portable shower seat next to the sink and using that surface. Hopefully the seat had been cleaned sometime between someone having their bare butt in it and me using it as a shelf. For the life of me I can't figure out why people design hotel rooms without bothering to know if they'll actually work for staying in. I also wasn't thrilled with the ”breakfast” on offer. Engineered ”omelet” and packaged, processed junk is NOT breakfast. There was absolutely nothing healthy on offer other than fruit - which was the stuff the grocery store didn't want. The good things about the hotel include staff truly striving to satisfy the customer, a clean room (including the carpet), a location within walking distance of many of Quincy's major attractions, and plenty of parking. But the parking lot itself badly needs repaving (it poured one afternoon and my feet and shoes were soaked because of the rivers running through the parking lot). In any event, there are some improvements that could be made, but I enjoyed my stay overall and would put the hotel on my list of places to stay should I return to the area in the future.
ผผู้เข้าพักI was in Schaumburg for a 2 Day conference and chose to stay at a more cost effective location since I was traveling alone and really just needed a decent place to stay.
Upon arrival, I was greeted and given my key cards. I drove towards the side door as it was closer to the
elevator. Not the hotels fault I guess, but people were smoking in areas I know weren’t designated for smoking.
The 2nd floor ***** of ***. I am grateful it wasn’t coming from my room, however: the assigned room did not smell clean at all. I did bring cleaning sprays from home just in case, the room wasn’t clean. I had to wipe the counters , desk and sink top off. They were dirty and sticky to the touch. I was going to ask for staff to come up and check the room but decided not to do that.
The next morning I went to the front desk to ask that
Housekeeping not clean until I left. Front desk staff was on the cellular device and I had to get his attention. He was nice and courteous but told me that rooms were cleaned once per week. Guess that’s why my assigned room smells the way.
While I am an avid dog lover, the dogs coming out the exit when I tried to enter were huge. This gentleman had two and could hardly control them.
Nevertheless, you get what you pay for so I can’t be too upset. I just don’t recall this chain being so lax about the amenities, staff professionalism-and cleanliness.
