Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient. A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands. Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise. If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.

Overall experience very good stay in this hotel, have various facilities such as plenty car & motorcycle parking lots inside. Nearby environment is very quite, not noisy unlike stay in near main road hotels.. specially at night I don't hear any noise from outside. Besides, they sell snacks, drinks, and other stuffs as well in the reception lobby, this is a huge plus point i think..

Bismillah, ************* Setia Hotel tempatnya nyaman, mau cari sarapan juga pas keluar hotel ada yang jual buryam saat kami menginap pas acara Indonesia Berdo'a Nov 2025. Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah airnya. Ada tapi saat keluar dari keran airnya kurang kencang jadi perkiraan mandi cepat jadi agak lama. Tapi apapun itu semua sudah takdirnya Alloh SWT, mungkin saat dikamar kami airnya pelan, tapi mungkin dikamar lain lebih baik. Semoga barokah semuanya, aamiin ya Alloh. Jazakumullah khoir,,

Simple syariah hotel with polite staffs. Breakfast bring to your room around 7 a m. What a worth price. Come here at early new year 2025.

Menurut saya hotel ini merupakan salah satu pilihan untuk hotel low budget. Pelayanan ramah, asri, dan fasilitas sesuai dengan harga. Sarapan lumayan enak. Cuma saran saya, variasi nya jgn hanya pedas saja. Kasian yang bawa anak kecil yang sudah terbiasa sarapan berat. Kalaupun hanya pedas, bisa dipisahkan saja antara lauk atau sambelnya. Terima kasih. The location just great,sea view also amazing,, one building with citymall Lampung. The owner was nice and really helpfull, no breakfast but its ok, since the mall just integrate with the apart building. No free parking, one day parking only 10 thosand..

Tempat nyaman hanya water heater tidak berfungsi dan tolong sprei lebih diperhatikan lagi kebersihan nya yaa
