酒店位置都唔錯，距離啲主要景點其實都係可以步行，酒店仲有個天台可以睇到唔同嘅景點，酒店大堂都係好有特色，同埋包自助早餐，選擇都幾多，就算你可能要第二日趕飛機，食唔到佢個早餐，front desk staff都會好貼心咁安排三文治同埋飲品俾你，但相對比較美中不足嘅係佢嘅sauna開放時間係17:00-21:00，呢段時間好多時都未必喺酒店房，就未必可以享用到。

ห้องเล็กโดยเฉพาะ toliet อนุญาตให้คนอยู่ข้างในได้เพียงคนเดียวเท่านั้น ห้องพักดูใหม่แต่พบเชื้อราที่ด้านข้างอ่างล้างหน้าและพัดลมดูดอากาศ ง่ายต่อการเจ็บขาและช้ำเมื่อลุกจากเตียงเพราะมีแผ่นไม้รอบเตียง ไม่มีชั้นวางสัมภาระ ดังนั้นกระเป๋าเดินทางจึงสามารถเปิดได้โดยการวางลงบนพื้นเท่านั้น ความเป็นส่วนตัวที่ศูนย์สุขภาพไม่ดี ประตูห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าสำหรับผู้หญิงสามารถไปที่ศูนย์สุขภาพได้โดยตรง แต่ไม่มีฉากกั้นระหว่างประตูห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้ากับศูนย์สุขภาพ เมื่อคุณเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า ใครก็ตามในศูนย์สุขภาพจะมองเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนว่าคุณกำลังทำอะไรอยู่ในห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า น้ำในอ่างน้ำร้อนไม่ร้อนพอ การติดต่อแผนกต้อนรับทางโทรศัพท์เป็นเรื่องยากเพราะไม่มีใครรับสายตลอดเวลา

Early check in was a bonus. Clean room and good size bathroom. Shower pressure was good. About a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus and metro stop, 10 minutes to the tram stop. Couldnt fault anything in the hotel.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟกลาง Helsinki และใกล้กับเส้นทางไปและกลับจากสนามบิน เป็นร้านเก่าแก่นับศตวรรษ แต่การตกแต่งยังค่อนข้างใหม่ ห้องไม่ใหญ่นัก และกระเป๋าเดินทางสองใบก็เพียงพอสำหรับสองคน ทางโรงแรมมีซาวน่าให้ใช้บริการฟรีครับ ไม่ค่อยมีคนไป ก็เลยเหมาะกับคนที่อยากมาสัมผัสครับ ตรงข้ามโรงแรมเป็นย่านธุรกิจใจกลางเมืองซึ่งสะดวกมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกค่อนข้างเยอะ อัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมถือว่าดีมาก

เมื่อเราเช็คอินเข้าไปก็มีชา ผลไม้แห้ง ฯลฯ อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายมาก และฉันก็ทานแซลมอนรมควันเยอะมาก!

Very clean, and have 3 supermarkets nearby You can take the tram and ferry for a few minutes walking distance. Good choice for single or couple travellers!

This is a really 5 Stars Hotel in the heart of Helsinki.  The infrastructure, the amenities, the services are impeccable from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Doormen are courteous and friendly. The Housekeepers are friendly, meticulous and polite.  The Gym is one of the best in the hotel industry. It is so well equipped for all muscle groups you wish to work on.  When one of my friend’s room and some issues, it was immediately remedied and service recovery was swift and effective.  Our rooms were actually extended and drinks grated gratis to wow us. I must say Willem Hagedoorn (the Deputy Hotel Manager) was really generous! All 5 of us were very impressed by the high quality customer service and first class hospitality standard of  NH Collection - we were delighted!  I even got a Birthday surprise from the Guest Relations Manager. Lovely new hotel, very clean and modern, just at the train station (quite convenient), but also next to the city center attractions. The staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Check in and check out was smooth. The room was cozy and beds were comfortable, and had all needed amenities. 10/10!

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

We stay at the Radisson Blue Plaza Hotel located at the central area, it’s very convenient for getting around as the main sightseeing spots are easily accessible, just 10-15 minutes walking distance. We are happy with the services, breakfast and facilities overall. One thing that I want to give credit to the hotel is that the toilet flush suddenly didn’t work on the second last day of our stay. The front desk officer immediately arranged a new room for us, which was just next door. The prompt response and arrangement was very much appreciated.
