Nice rooms and nice staff Nothing around the hotel as regards shops or restaurants so you need to walk or take tram The gym is big and clean. But it needs dumbbells under 12kg. You can only use the free weights if you are a body builder and can lift 50kg!!

Room with a view, not bad. Breakfast good...plenty of varities. Fitness centre is relatively good for a hotel. With a swimming pool and jacuzzi too. Sweet!

The hotel is clean and location is good. But the insulation of wall is very poor. First night I can’t sleep until 4am in the morning. I constantly heard the toilet flushing, chair is rolling, walking sound and door slamming above our room. We complained that next morning, but the reception said “why don’t you let us know last night ?” I wished I can but there is no telephone line in the room to call reception, and I didn’t want to get up from my bed and go downstairs to report it. Reception didn’t apologise to us. I found it is very rude. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Helpful reception personnel and overall a pleasant stay. Good shower and nice clean rooms. The sleeping couch was not so fine to sleep on but overall good. Breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not included in the room price. Opening hours 8-22 was in my opinion too late to open in the morning.

Luik is a wonderful city and this hotel is a great place to stay. The breakfast is very much worth the price. The wellness is also a nice extra. Staff is very friendly. Easy walk to centre and restaurants. Recommend!

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกไร้ที่ติโดยเฉพาะ THERME มีเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ําตรงไปมา สะดวกสบายมาก ๆ ๆ ๆ แต่ถึงแม้ว่าจะจ่ายเงินล่วงหน้าผ่าน Tripcom แต่ก็ขอเงินมัดจํา 50 ยูโรตอนเช็คอิน ว่ากันว่าจะคืนเงินหลังจากเช็คเอาท์ รอรูมเซอร์วิส แต่ภายในตู้เย็นว่างเปล่า ไม่ควรมีของเพิ่ม ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์คิดว่าจะคืนเงินแต่คืนเงินผ่านบริษัทการ์ด 2－ 3 วัน แต่ยังไม่มีการคืนเงินหลังจากสัปดาห์

Ottima location

สะอาด มีร้านอาหารดีๆ ที่หาของกินได้น้อย แต่ WiFi ไม่ได้ครอบคลุมโรงแรมอย่างเต็มที่ซึ่งทําให้เกิดปัญหาบางอย่างหากคุณต้องการทํางานจากห้องพัก
