I made a mistake when booking the number of nights, and they didn't care, making me pay for an extra night I didn't stay. In similar situations at other hotels, they canceled the extra night without a problem, regardless of the cancellation policy. In fact, two hotels in India did this on my last trip. This is the hotel in India where I've encountered the least polite reception staff, which is particularly surprising given that India is known for its excellent customer service. Some of the reception staff should read Gandhi's message that's displayed at the entrance to the reception area...they seem to have forgotten it. Otherwise, it's a very good and beautiful hotel; the rest of the staff is fantastic, from the restaurant staff to the very friendly gardener.

While going on a work related trip with my extended family including a kid and a toddler, i had to take an unplanned break for a night stay. Booked the room in hotel om. Overall the stay was seamless with impressive services. The room dimensions were optimum and hygiene upto standards. Food was served in the room because of the inclement (hot) weather in the dining area and it was savored by each one of us. The hotel had proper parking place, slightly away from the city centre but not that much and also had decent support staff. Overall a nice stay and effortlessly recommended for family trips.

Hotwater amenities are terrible and in this cold weather. While furnitures are polished but upholsteries of chairs are very dirty. Not wiped or dry cleaned for long. Telephone no. Of Reception was written as 204 which caused confusion and irritation to other customer whose room ni. Was 204. It was later striked off. In contrast to poor facilities, the BEVAVIOUR AND POLITENESS OFBSTAFF AND RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT. --------- I Did not take photographs of the dirty chair cushions as it would have been highly damaging to Hotel. Please ask them to replace the cushions or at least clean it if possible.

เชฟและพนักงานอาหารเช้าดีมาก แต่ พอไปถึงไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัว กระดาษชําระ ผ้าปูที่นอนมีคราบสีน้ํามันและสีน้ําตาล และโทรศัพท์ก็เสีย พยายามใช้ Google pay แต่พนักงานต้อนรับก็ชาร์จมือถือแล้วปล่อยให้ระบบชําระเงินตาย เธอดูเหมือนจะพยายามที่จะทําเหมือนเด็กไม่ใช่มืออาชีพ พวกเขากําลังก่อสร้างบนหลังคาและแบกถุงปูนที่หลั่งลงมาในอากาศ ที่พักเต็มไปด้วยหมอกควัน ฉันรู้สึกหงุดหงิดมากต่อตาและคอจนนอนไม่หลับ

The stay here at shiva palace was worth the money. Newly built property with almost all the amenities and staff very helpful and cooperative.

Service part is Very Good.. But furniture needs an urgent replacement/up gradation. Ambiance / location is very good , at present as on 26/3/2024 ,under extension, likely to be very attractive in the coming time. Linens are suppose to be upgraded. Any way was a very good experience to be in a Tent house area. Located in a very Cool and calm area as well as very close to the market. Thanks....
