100000+ for the view! Place is very peaceful staffs are nice and friendly but inconsistent still with some delays with our orders. My concerns are add more meal options for dinner and lunch, upgrade your television, some channels are not available and no YT and Netflix and also fun activities since the place is far from restaurants and entertainments. But overall we enjoy our 3days stay🩷 thank u lind
Our stay at Henann Regency Resort & Spa was truly worth it. The food was consistently good, and we especially loved the breakfast buffet every morning—you’ll definitely leave full because everything they prepare is delicious.
We would like to commend Essa from reception, who was very kind and accommodating. She gave us a great room location that was conveniently near the beachfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we checked the room, we noticed a minor issue with the cabinet door of the fridge, but maintenance fixed it right away, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was clean, and all the amenities were excellent. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, even those you simply pass by. Special mention to Dannah, who was very jolly and kind—she really made a positive impression on us.
Overall, our 4-night stay was amazing. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have. Highly recommended hotel!
Wow! What an amazing place❤️ From the moment I landed at the hotel, all the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant had amazing food all throughout the day. The buffet dinner with live music was totally worth it after a busy day in the pool or at the beach. I will definitely come back here again. I want to give a special thank you to Nick, Kenneth, Gino, Arjay, Lixander and Alex. These staff members helped make my stay memorable in various ways from day 1 to when I left. Thank you.
I was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating.
Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client.
One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in)
What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.
