The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The environment is generally kept quite clean, but the kitchen trash bin tends to overflow by the afternoon and no one cleans it up. I stayed in an eight-bed dorm for three nights and slept very comfortably. However, one of the two toilets in the room had a broken light, and the small reading light at my bed was also broken, though this didn’t affect me too much.

The room is slightly smaller than what I expected but it's clean. The front desk is friendly. The walking distance from hotel to Alcazar and Cathedral is only around 15 minutes. Crossing the main road to the bus stop.

總體來説温馨且服務及時，衞生間很大而且乾濕分離（這點很好），不用擔心衣服被打濕。酒店床鋪就衹能算是普通，不過有保險箱。

I had a great stay at this hotel, the room was clean and tidy. Its location is incredibly central, perfect for exploring the city, and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. For the price, it offers excellent value, especially considering the convenience and overall quality. Ideal for short stays as the room is quite small if you're looking for a reliable and budget-friendly option in the heart of town.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใช้เวลาเดินทางโดยรถประจำทางหรือจักรยานจากสถานีรถไฟ 30 นาที และนั่งแท็กซี่ 10 นาที สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทั้งหมดอยู่ในระยะที่เดินถึงได้ และมีร้านขายของที่ระลึกอยู่ชั้นล่าง ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบ บริการดี และโดยรวมแล้วค่อนข้างดี

Exceed my expectations. Easy to self-checkin, close to all tourist spots. Owner has the very right understanding to customers’ true needs. We got a family room have a clean room, clean bed, clean toilet. We stayed 2 nights. Room got cleaned after we came back. That’s all what I expected. Nothing is fancy. Basic kitchen is available, not in use for me, nothing to comments.

位置好,旅舍整建築物新興建,多人床位採木間隔,關上艙門後可以上鎖,艙內還有燈光顏色控制.清潔程度高,廚房與交誼廳就在前台後面,有雪櫃,冷藏溫度足夠,煮食方便.有24小時前台,畀自助入住的方便,但仍然需要事先在網上check in.廁所浴室清潔,因為沒有窗戶,所以空氣不是很流通,注意水喉冷熱水指示有時相反.退房後寄存行李要收費.

Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire sur l'auberge en lui-même, et le réceptionniste qui m'a reçu à mon arrivée était très bien. Le seul point un peu négatif c'est le check-in à 14h, ça fait un peu tard. Pour tout le reste, c'est excellent au niveau du rapport qualité-prix! Merci pour tout.
