Best Hostel so far, I had 4 fantastic nights, full of amazing people, great food and a bit of craziness. Dwisha will share all her energy and experience to help you feel part of the Mantra Family. Anybody in that hostel has been friendly, from workers to volunteers, going often off duty to fulfill our needs. Attend the karaoke night and be a star!

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

A beautiful, stylish, boutique hotel with a lake view. It is not directly on the lake shore, but is separated by a road and a piece of someone's property under construction that spoils the view, especially when the wind blows stronger and lifts the black tarpaulin. The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated, in beautiful pastel, calming colors and has that Rajasthani, traditional vibe. My room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean, with complimentary shower accessories and dental kits and also has a window, so you can enjoy the view while taking a shower. There is generally no noise from the road and you can sleep peacefully, as long as your neighbors in the rooms next to and above your room are mindful of the house rules. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mayan who allowed me to check in very early, as soon as I arrived around 8am, without insisting that I wait for the usual check-in time, and who provided me with as many bottles of water as I requested, free of charge. The view from the restaurant's roof terrace is beautiful at dusk and at night. If the walls were painted seasonally and the rooms freshened up, it would contribute even more to the overall experience, but even this way you get excellent value for money.

The Wi-Fi isn’t working, and the bathroom has drainage issues that cause water to accumulate. There are also mosquitoes in the room, but there’s no mosquito repellent. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so I heard fighting from a couple in the room next to mine all night, which disturbed my sleep. The restaurant buffet dinner has very few options, and most of them are non-vegetarian, which is a downside for vegetarians like me. Overall, it’s a very average hotel at the price they’re charging. I would recommend looking for other options at the same price.

Your location hotel rigmor riddhi siddhi complex, gulab bagh rd, behind v-mart - udaipur-surajpole, surajpole, udaipur, rajasthan 313001 hotel subhadip dutta 2062 points 3 days ago-this is one of the best value for money hotel with in house restaurant. Located at one side of riddhi siddhi complex, at surajpole, udaipur. They have a basement parking facility (limited to 7-8 cars) which is really cool. Also parking is outside on road as well. Well connected with rest of old as well as new city. Places like city palace, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar are nearby (within periphery of around 2-5 kms. Sajjan garh monsoon palace is about 11 kms from here. Veg food is available in house restaurant and price is moderate and of good quality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Service is bit slow but good. Lift available and disabled friendly. Overall, good experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting the city first time. Arriving at the hotel was alittle challenging as the inner roads towards Lake Pichola hotel were small & narrow. We had to transfer from our car to an auto to reach the hotel. But on the whole our experience at Lake Pichola was a wonderful one. The staff and front desk were all very warm & welcoming. They were helpful & attended to our enquiries quickly. Loved the evening boat ride on the lake viewing the sunset. Will definitely go back again

Visted with family. Location is good but far little bit from all tourist spot but it's ok when you have a good hotel. I have major issue with my room lock which was not getting open with room whereas every time someone should come and open my room whenever needed. This incident made me discomfort and we are not going to hotel for discomfort. Rest everything was good like Cleanliness, Food, rooms, interior etc.

ห้องพักสะอาดมากและได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี มีการตกแต่งภายในที่ทันสมัยและบรรยากาศดีมาก การบริการโดยรวมถือว่าดี บนดาดฟ้าบางครั้งช้าไปหน่อย แต่เป็นกันเองและให้การต้อนรับดีมาก ทําเลที่ตั้งไม่ใหญ่เกินไปสําหรับนักท่องเที่ยว สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงไม่กี่กิโลเมตร และไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายเป็นพิเศษที่จะรับรถสามล้อที่ไม่ต้องการเรียกเก็บเงินคุณมากเกินไป ต้องจ่ายราคาอูเบอร์ที่สูงขึ้นเพื่อไปรอบๆ โดยไม่ยุ่งยาก

A mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival. The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise. The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops. Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.

Excellent customer support and services by hotel staff, front office staff (radha dangi) is very much care taking, supporting and customer centric.
