A very well maintained and beautiful property which is located in city Centre. The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lobby area is very beautifully. The seen from Roof Top of lake Pichola is Looking like a WOW. The Design of furniture's are like old heritage. I had gone with my family for tour and we booked Royal Suit , The room is big and neet and clean. The Bathtub is also very Beautifully maintained.

Located near to the court chowk this hotel is suitable for both tourists and business travelers. Average sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is good. Staff is supportive and willing to help. Front desk needs to be more trained in order to handle ***y people at same time as check in and check out both become difficult at times.
