From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก แต่เนื่องจากมีการก่อสร้างอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟเซาเบนโตและอยู่ด้านหลังที่พัก จึงมีเสียงรบกวนและการสั่นสะเทือน ดังนั้นจึงควรหลีกเลี่ยงสถานที่นี้ไปก่อนในขณะนี้ นอกจากนี้ การทำความสะอาดห้องจะทำในช่วงดึก และเวลาไม่แน่นอน ห้องพักเล็กและใช้งานไม่สะดวก เนื่องจากแขกส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวเกาหลี จากประสบการณ์การเข้าพักของฉัน ทุกอย่างไม่สะดวกยกเว้นทำเลที่ตั้ง เตียงก็แคบและไม่สบายมาก

We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

โดยรวมแล้วพอใจมากครับ/ค่ะ ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครันและสะอาด อ่างล้างหน้ามีเอกลักษณ์ดี และห้องน้ำแยกส่วนแห้งเปียกออกจากกันได้อย่างลงตัว ล็อบบี้โรงแรมสามารถเดินตรงไปยังศูนย์อาหารข้างๆ ได้เลย และติดกับป้ายรถเมล์ ส่วนจุดจอดแท็กซี่ต้องเดินไปประมาณห้านาทีครับ/ค่ะ หากจะเดินไปแหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลักๆ ต้องใช้เวลาอย่างน้อยครึ่งชั่วโมง แนะนำให้นั่งแท็กซี่ไปดีกว่าครับ/ค่ะ

상벤투역과도 trinidade역과도 모두 도보 5분 거리라 비행기로 이동하여 공항철도 타기에도 좋고, 기차로 이동하는 분들께도 모두 좋은 위치입니다. 호텔이 아니라 아파트먼트 형식의 숙소예요. 거실에 큰 더블 침대가 하나 있고 소파가 있고 주방과 욕실이 나누어져있는 형태입니다. 식탁도 있고 조리도구도 웬만한 건 있어서(토스터기, 식기, 냄비, 커피머신 등) 요리해서 먹기도 좋아요! 보통 이렇게 도심 오래된 건물에 있는 숙소는 엘리베이터 없는 경우도 많던데 이 숙소는 엘리베이터 있어요! 온수도 콸콸 잘나옵니다 ㅎㅎ 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 온라인으로 하는 거라서 리셉션은 따로 없어요! 로비에 짐 맡기는 라커도 있어서 체크아웃 이후에도 캐리어 맡기고 잠시 도시 구경 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the quality of the accommodations was top-notch. Highlights of the Stay • The Room: The Suite was exceptional—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything was in pristine condition. • The Service: The staff here are incredible. One gentleman in particular was extremely friendly and went out of his way to be helpful throughout my stay. • Breakfast: The breakfast was high quality with a great selection of fresh items. It was the perfect way to start the morning. Exceptional Problem Solving The only minor challenge I encountered was with parking. However, the service team handled it brilliantly. The staff member on duty did his absolute best to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the extra effort and the genuine care he showed in making sure I was taken care of. Overall Verdict: Despite the small parking hiccup, the outstanding service and beautiful rooms make this a top choice in Gaia. I highly recommend the Caleway Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.
