Wow - Super hotel. Best hotel I have visited in years. Staff polite, efficient and attentive in a polite way. Room was very large, with some free mini cookies and a few free juices. Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed

We had an amazing stay at this resort, especially the breakfast. There are many pools and a calm beach, and the gym is very good. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. However, there are a few things that could be improved: 1. The Wi-Fi access ends at 11 AM, which is quite strange and inconvenient. 2. You are not allowed to use the pools after your checkout. 3. You are not allowed to use the sunbeds with umbrellas after your checkout. 4. The beach is clean, but there is still a lot of “water grass” and the water is not very deep for swimming.

Great stay. Nice hotel with beach access. Location wise it is a bit secluded so need to get Grab to go anywhere. Would recommend this as your last place of stay in Cebu as it is near the airport (apex. 20-25 mins). If you wish to explore other places or join tours, better stay in Cebu City for convenience.

There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, so everyone in the family could find something they loved. The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special. We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal. What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. The atmosphere is relaxed and polished without being stiff, and our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. It felt easy to settle in, unwind, and just enjoy being together. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is right next to SM Cebu City Mall—literally just across the road—which was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and last-minute needs. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle. All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu.

A wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The welcome was excellent and really set the tone for the whole stay. The check-in process was smooth and the reception team were warm, professional and very helpful throughout. When it came time to leave, the same level of care and friendliness was there, which left a very positive final impression. After check-in we were taken to our room by cart, which was a nice touch. During the short journey the staff member explained the resort layout and facilities, which made settling in very easy. What really stood out during the stay was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and genuinely attentive without ever feeling intrusive. It felt like a true Filipino hospitality experience — they made us feel like guests in their hotel rather than just customers. Staff were always available and happy to help whenever needed. The restaurant food was also good, with a nice selection and enjoyable meals during our stay. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay in a beautiful setting, supported by excellent service from the whole team. We would happily return.
