โรงแรมเมอร์เคียวเป็นอัญมณีที่น่ารักมากในบูคารา เราพักที่นี่ 4 คืนและทุกอย่างก็ยอดเยี่ยมมาก พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมิตรเสมอ ที่พักสวยงามด้วยการออกแบบร่วมสมัยและสัมผัสถึงเสน่ห์แบบดั้งเดิม! เราชอบสระว่ายน้ำและห้องอบไอน้ำภายในโรงแรมและใช้บริการทุกวัน เรายังชอบไปที่ Saffron ซึ่งเป็นร้านอาหาร/บาร์ภายในโรงแรมซึ่งมีอาหารที่ยอดเยี่ยม บรรยากาศดี และระเบียงกว้างขวางที่มองเห็นเมืองเก่า แม้ว่าโรงแรมจะตั้งอยู่ริมเมืองเก่า แต่ก็สามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักๆ ได้ในเวลา 15 นาที เราชอบที่นี่มากและขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่งสำหรับผู้ที่กำลังเยี่ยมชมบูคารา!!

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is a compromise The staff here are genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. That's the highlight of the stay, and it deserves real credit. But the hotel itself is a compromise. The main draw is the outdoor pool, which is excellent — and honestly, there's nothing of this quality anywhere else in the city. The problem is everything around it. The hotel sits far from the historic center, so you're dependent on taxis to get anywhere worth seeing. The views from the rooms look out onto old Soviet-era buildings with little charm, and there's a layer of dust over everything. The pool is where the real frustrations begin. It's open to non-guests for a fee, which means it's frequently overcrowded — especially on weekends, when there's often simply no space. Many of the local visitors behave with little regard for others: jumping in, shouting, treating it like a public party rather than a hotel pool. Some show up and drink heavily. During our stay there was a man who was completely, falling-down drunk — he stumbled and nearly cracked his head open several times. The staff had no idea how to handle it. They let him lie around, swim, even dance, while children of paying guests were right there in the water nearby. For a spa team, this is real unprofessionalism — there was no intervention, no sense of safety, no management of the situation at all. On top of that, Sundays are women-only days, with men not allowed in at all. I understand the intent, but if you've traveled here and paid specifically for the pool, that's a significant loss - because without the pool, the hotel is honestly rather grim and uninteresting. In short: the people who work here are kind, and the pool is the best in town. But the location, the surroundings, the overcrowding, and especially the spa staff's inability to maintain a safe, professional environment make this a place you choose despite its flaws, not because of them.

สภาพสุขาภิบาลของโรงแรมดี แต่อยู่ไกลจากเมืองโบราณ โดยเฉพาะในเมืองโบราณของบูฮารา มีรถแบตเท่านั้นที่ผ่าน และคุณต้องเดินไกลจากจุดประทัดเพื่อขึ้นแท็กซี่ในตอนกลางคืน อาหารเช้ามีหลายประเภท แต่เป็นอาหารเย็น มีอาหารร้อนหลายอย่าง รู้สึกว่าความร้อนไม่แรง เย็นและรสชาติปานกลาง

I had the best time staying here! The room is very nice with a lot of amenities, the beds are comfy and there’s even a kitchen for light cooking. It’s located very near to all the main attraction and you can easily walk everywhere. The breakfast was so good as well, I enjoyed it so much! It will be delivered to the room every morning & there’s few option to choose from. Hakim is very friendly, helpful and attentive. He even printed me Bukhara attraction maps with a list of recommended restaurant. Even I came alone I felt very safe and welcomed. The rate is very affordable as well considering the location & the service. Highly recommended for all types of traveller especially solo female traveller 🫶🏻

Great 3 nights stay at the lovely Alexia Suite Unesco heritage list hotel. Really convenient and inside the old town but not too close of the busy area so really peaceful hotel. The young reception guy is really smiling and helpful. The terrace is really appreciable where you can read and enjoy the freshness of the morning or evening. Our room 102 next to the lift (not noisy) is really spacious with twin beds and sofa, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with shower and bathtub (no amenities as it is an eco-responsible hotel with no plastic usage).

Отель расположен не в старом городе, но на такси добираться достаточно близко. Немного шумно было от машин на улице (вид на город). Завтрак нормальный, разнообразный, была клубника, черешня, абрикосы в середине мая. Но заканчивалась яичница и каша. Нам было тяжело настроить телевизор, обращались за помощью к персоналу. Кондиционер работал х.орошо.басснйн хороший, новый.

Very traditional and beautiful decoration. Friendly and helpful reception gentleman. Location is excellent, 5 min walk to the Famous Pond. We had a very big breakfast. It was stunning! Enjoy everything in Shohnishin!

Очень красивый отель с прекрасным обслуживанием, в пешей доступности от старого города. Нам предоставили семейный номер, состоящий из двух стандартов, соединенных межкомнатной дверью, очень удобно для 4 человек! В номере есть все необходимое, хороший ремонт и удобная мебель. На ресепшн помогли со всеми вопросами - забронировать столик в ресторане, осуществить обмен валюты и проч. Единственное, что немножко огорчило - достаточно скромный по сравнению с Хивой и Самаркандом завтрак, горячих блюд было мало, выпечка в заводских упаковках, зато неплохой кофе.

Отличный новый отель, недалеко от Старого города, есть большой супермаркет прямо под боком. Отель буквально недавно открылся, свежайшее постельное белье, чистота везде. Вкусные завтраки, отличный кофе - есть кофе-машина, подают традиционный сахар, варенье . Наверху есть уютная зона с диванами. Очень приветливые хозяева, очень нам помогли.
