ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.
ผผู้เข้าพักThis was a one night stop over for us. Situated up off the road so was quiet and no bright lights shining into room. Front of house staff friendly and quick to help when we needed extra bedding and towels (not enough supplies upon arrival even though booked months in advance). Whilst everything appeared clean for the most part, the shower and toilet area had body hair all over it, and carpet in room had bits all over it including a dead bug or two. Water out of tap tasted like mould. Breakfast included warm food like waffles, omelettes and sausage patties. This place isn’t the Ritz, but it did the job, but I’d try another hotel before coming here again.
ผผู้เข้าพักEnjoy the Managers reception and breakfast buffet. However the room we were assigned on was definitely in need of some TLC maintenance. Love that each room truly is a suite. This was a surprise as we had stayed a week before on a different level and everything was top notch. It was a holiday weekend and I am sure very busy so perhaps that is part of reason. Also, staffing may also account for a very limited and sometimes nonexistent buffet at managers reception. However , I choose to believe our stay the weekend before was more to standard of Embassy.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe room was somewhat clean. The window curtains had stains. The shower was supposed to be handicap accessible but it was not. The shower has no room to stand and shower so you have to set on the built in seat to bathe. Wheelchairs can’t roll into this shower so you’d have to lift the person into the shower. The breakfast was decent. Boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, donuts, bagels, OJ, cranberry and apple juice, sausage gravy and biscuits.
KKimberlyRMy husband was there for a cancer surgery followup. He's a disabled veteran and amputee. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and kind. Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was very clean and very spacious. The little kitchen was awesome and very useful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Wonderful place to stay for a great price.
