Facility, service and breakfast were exceptionally good. The only reservations I have are on the check-in and spa time. Checkin is at 1600 which is the latest in the hotels I have been, and spa too. We actually came for the spa and it is pity that on the date of arrival that you cannot use the spa until after you check-in, which is already 1630ish.

Great little Saturday escape - the hotel is perfect for families and the amenities are great. The breakfast is special but what was the highlight was the service. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Traditional German hotel, nice rooms, great bar, perfect breakfast. Reinbek city center not far away, and a nice forest nearby.

Das Hotel hat sehr gute Lage. Der Hafen List zu Fuß in 8-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl. Sieben verschiedene Themensauna und tolles Schwimmbad.
