โรงแรม 5 ดาว ในโฮเวดสตาเดน เดนมาร์ก

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางกรุงโคเปนเฮเกน ล้อมรอบด้วยถนนคนเดินที่มีบาร์มากมาย เนื่องจากภายนอกอาคารกำลังอยู่ระหว่างการปรับปรุง จึงไม่ค่อยมีผู้คนพลุกพล่านมากนัก แต่โดยรวมแล้วประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่โรงแรมก็ยังค่อนข้างดี อาหารเช้าอร่อย ห้องพักกว้างขวาง และเตียงนอนสบายเป็นพิเศษ อย่างไรก็ตาม ฉันได้ชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนสำหรับสองห้องและสองคืนผ่าน Ctrip แล้ว แต่แผนกต้อนรับยังคงต้องการให้ฉันจ่ายเงินมัดจำอีก 1030 และ 1015 โครนเดนมาร์ก ผ่านมาห้าวันแล้วนับตั้งแต่ฉันออกจากโรงแรม และบัตรเครดิตของฉันยังไม่ได้รับเงินคืน ซึ่งไม่สะดวกเลย โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญๆ เช่น รูปปั้นนางเงือกน้อย ศาลากลาง และพระราชวังหลวง ในระยะที่สามารถเดินได้

房間非常明亮乾淨，以米白色為主調，給人舒服温馨的感覺。 前台和員工很友善幫忙，concierge的帥高男孩很貼心，特別感謝退房時一位美麗的黑西服前台女經理照顧長者的情況，感恩感謝，對哥哈甚至丹麥之旅留下美好印象和人民的熱情。此次帶長者旅行感受到很多友善的幫助，留下美好的回憶，在時空交錯中，經常記住想起他們的笑臉和真誠，在遇到惡意區別對待，也是因記住友善之人還是很多。 祝好人一生平安，也被善意包圍。

โรงแรมใหญ่และเก่าแก่มาก พี่ๆ พนักงานต้อนรับสองท่านน่ารักมาก คอยแนะนำสถานที่น่าสนใจในท้องถิ่นและวิธีการเดินทางต่างๆ ให้เราอย่างละเอียด การตกแต่งเป็นสไตล์นอร์ดิก ชอบมากค่ะ ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the window is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed watching the birds flying around. The hotel is within walking distance of several places of interest. The room is really very nice but the staff are another matter. Only a couple of the front desk staff are friendly and helpful while most are curt and unfriendly. The housekeeping team was always forgetting something. For example, fresh face towels were not given after the soiled ones were removed. Two bottles of hand soap were at the sink instead of one soap and one body lotion. The housekeeping staff also knocked on the door twice in the morning to check if they could clean the room. That happened 3 out of the 5 days I stayed with them. Even on the last day when I was going to check out, a housekeeping staff knocked on my door to ask if she could make up the room and I was going to leave the hotel for good in 2.5 hours. It was mind boggling why she could not wait till I had checked out from the hotel to make up or clean the room.

Just a short walk to Tivoli gardens and the staff was kind enough to give us early check in at 11 am. Breakfast spread was good - since we dont eat meats there were fresh pancakes, vege dumplings and even miso soup. Room was comfy and had all the amenities you need. Highly recommend !

The people in the hotel are really nice. The room is good but the main attraction is the Bali style swimming pool Good for one night stay

Die Lage und der Service sind super. Alles ist in Laufdistanz oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Auch der Weg vom Flughafen mit der Metro zum Hotel könnte nicht angenehmer sein. Der Rezeptionist Mads hat uns die besten Restauranttipps gegeben!! Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und nie langweilig. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen.

Park Lane Copenhagen is set in a historic, beautifully restored building in the peaceful Hellerup area, offering spacious, modern rooms with chic Scandinavian design and great attention to detail. Guests praise the friendly, helpful staff and the calm, comfortable atmosphere. The location is slightly outside central Copenhagen, but it makes a perfect base for relaxing stays and exploring the city by bike or short ride. The on-site dining and bar add a nice touch to the overall experience
