We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

ฉันเดินทางไปหวู่ฮั่นกับลูกสองคนในช่วงวันหยุดเดือนพฤษภาคม ฉันเลือกโรงแรมเชอราตันซึ่งค่อนข้างใกล้กับสถานีฮั่นโข่ว และเลือกห้องเอ็กเซ็กคูทีฟเตียงคู่ฟรี อาหารเช้า ห้องพักจัดอยู่ที่ชั้น 40 วิวกลางคืนที่ไม่มีใครเทียบได้มาถึงโรงแรมวันแรกประมาณ 22.00 น. เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นเด็กๆ ก็ตื่นเต้นกับการว่ายน้ำในสระว่ายน้ำ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่ชั้น 1 อร่อยมาก และคำแรกก็ร้อนและแห้ง บะหมี่ก็อร่อยทั้งคู่ อาหารรสเลิศ ฉันเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารค่ำแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ในคืนถัดมาและรู้สึกประหลาดใจมากด้วย ด้วยเหตุนี้ ฉันจึงสั่งอาหารกลับบ้านหลายอย่างซึ่งค่อนข้างสิ้นเปลืองเล็กน้อย ; พนักงานทุกคนก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน และฉันก็รู้สึกถึงความกระตือรือร้นของหวู่ฮั่น! ถ้ามีโอกาสได้ไปอู่ฮั่นอีกในอนาคตจะเลือกที่นี่ที่เดียวเท่านั้น!

Room Cleanliness was ok, but has smoke smell upon entering and bathroom shower area has some molds. Amenities delivery were very prompt. Housekeeping attendant asked for laundry service but real intention was to make up the room even though already specified we will call when we ready. This was common practice which we knew everytime we travel, so pls stop asking this. Hotel in overall in the needs of renovation. Guest Relations lady no greetings everytime we seen her. Only nod and nod. Service at breakfast was very prompt and attentive on first day but other day, they even struggle to clean our plates. Allison was trying very hard to keep up due to lack of service staff on shift. She delivered great service and genuine. Kitchen staff needs to be train on product knowledge. Asked for Egg Benedict which listed on egg menu but were given omelette, second chef came made me poach egg without hollandaise sauce on top. Ordered omelette but was not offered filling, so came plain. No basic standard orange juice for breakfast in buffet. No tea bags selection at beverage counter. Bread selection was good.. We left hotel for sightseeing at 530am saw securty guard was sleeping at inner lobby with sitting position overlooking the main entrance. When we talked louder near him he woke up a bit and continue with his slouching and closing eyes position. Steam room air circulation and quality need to be improved due to smell not good. Reception service was good, asked for Late check out and was given in instant without negotiation. Location was only 5 mins walk from MixC and very easy access.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. 我在 武汉新世纪大酒店 的入住体验非常棒。酒店免费为我 升级了房间，让我非常惊喜。服务态度一流，工作人员都很热情、细心。房间非常干净、现代又舒适。 酒店位置优越，就在市中心，步行就能到商场，周边有很多餐饮选择，而且离地铁站也很近。早餐种类丰富，味道也很好。 房间里的设施非常新颖，尤其是 智能马桶和浴缸，让住宿体验更上一层楼。 总的来说，这是我在武汉住过的 最好的酒店之一。无论商务还是旅游，都非常值得推荐。

For the past few years, I have traveled to Wuhan at least once a year, and every single time I choose to stay at Royal Grace Hotel. For me, it’s more than just a hotel — it feels comfortable and familiar, almost like a home away from home. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the exceptional care and attention I receive. Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. We loved our stay at Westin Yichang. A new hotel opened in 2025. It is located at the riverside with stunning river view. A bit away from the city centre but we used didi to travel around with no problem. We absolutely love where we stay. During the day we were on tour bus or away for sightseeing, in the evening we would take the kids for a swim at the indoor swimming pool. The pool is super clean and warm and its huge. You would need to wear head cover which they sell around 3 yuan. After swimming, we would catch didi to a restaurant. Didi ride is super cheap too. The room is huge (we booked 2 beds - 2 adults and 2 kids). Beds are comfortable. The pillows might be a tad too fluffy for my liking - but thats just personal preference. Daily housekeeping and amenities replacements which we appreciated. Services are amazing - everyone is very friendly and kind. They dont speak much English but they tried real hard to help. Should not have any problem communicating if you download the translator apps (we did not 😅) We loved everything about Westin Yichang - but the real star is the swimming pool for the kids to swim around in the evening. The downside: The dining options are a let down. It took too long to wait for the food (we were the only guests that night). And the food did not impress us. Overall: love Westin Yichang and would stay there again next time.
