Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

非常温馨的旅店，住得很舒服。餐廳服務生Mette特別熱心，我們到達的時候已經很晚了，她還為我們準備了晚餐。特別是幫我們找到了丟失的黃金掛件，極其感謝！餐廳有各種動物頭，還有一張斑馬皮，很有特色。

與其説是酒店我覺得應該是酒店式民宿更貼切，是兩夫妻的夫妻店，整棟房子就衹有夫妻兩個人，丈夫負責前台+廚房，妻子負責打掃與服務，房間不大沒有燒水壺（牙刷拖鞋這些歐洲基本都不提供要自己帶的）但是有免費自助飲料（就有個咖啡機，熱水牛奶咖啡這些都有）早餐是按照當天預訂房間的早餐人數準備的，基本都是易保存的餅乾麪包還有薰腸這三種，還有就是一些水果和麥片堅果，畢竟吃不完她還要收回去的，熱的衹有雞蛋。。。然後房間是用鑰匙開的，可以免費停車，我看房客不多，房間跟餐廳是很乾凈的，夫妻倆也非常熱情，估計這4.8分是沖熱情給的 對了早餐上真空包裝的巧克力是過期的 如果有刷到我評論的可以看看日期哦（忘記拍照了這個巧克力）

very friendly and clean place

Het hotel was compleet leeg toen ik arriveerde op zondagavond. Het keypad om een pincode in te voeren was kapot. Ik had gelukkig een telefoonnummer om de eigenaar te bellen om me binnen te laten. Helaas geen diner of ontbijt beschikbaar (dat was allemaal niet zo duidelijk bij de boeking). Verder is de accomodatie OK en de ligging goed, met uitstekende parkeergelegenheid en pal naast een supermarkt die op zondagavond ook gewoon open is.

God betjening, og god morgenmad Rimelig værelse, uden at være prangende - men vi brugte det kun som overnatningssted Eneste minus er måske lige prisen på en overnatning inkl. morgenmad for to - næsten 1.600,- :-(
