Llegué y no habían habitaciones, me enviaron a otro hotel diciéndome que iba con un upgrade como compensación, sin embargo el otro hotel no tenía variedad de desayuno, gimnasio y la habitación era la misma.

怎麼説呢，中規中矩吧，反正是品牌店，至於地段來説的話，一般，反正不算海邊酒店，但也離不了多遠。就是單獨加早餐太貴。

Nice clean place with good location. Lots of cafe, restaurants and shops around. Close to several archeological sites. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pretty good breakfast. Friendly staff. But they forgot to prepare a lunch box for my early checkout.

地理位置很棒，就在分公司邊上。邊上有商場，大超市和美食廣場，美食廣場還有中餐，很方便也很安全。 房間也夠大，很整潔，前台和客房服務都可以全英文溝通，不會西語也沒有關係。 就是房間有點冷，空調不能制暖，要穿很多衣服。

The hotel is good, but the second night we felt the room a little bit cold and they had no extra blankets. They leave coffee and cookies to have at anytime in the hall and the breakfast food is pretty complete. The only problem with breakfast is that on the first day we went one hour before closing and they were not paying attention on missing stuff like bowls, milk, hot water, spoons, glasses, so we had to ask for those everytime instead of them just renewing it. They were nice and happy to bring them to us but the fact that we (and others at the same time) had to do it was pretty annoying.

ห้องกว้าง 55 ตร.ม. แบบสั่งอาหารเช้า แซนวิช ไข่ม้วน หรือไข่ดาว น้ําผลไม้ ผลไม้สด คนละ 1 อย่าง ไม่สามารถเหมือนบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมอื่นได้ ลิฟต์เข้าได้ตามต้องการโดยไม่ต้องรูดบัตร และมีคนมาเคาะประตูกลางดึก เตียงนอนนุ่มสบายและทางหลวงข้างๆ วิ่งสะดวก WIFI หลุดบ่อย ช้า และมันก็เหมือนกันเมื่อเปลี่ยน โดยรวมแล้วราคาค่อนข้างสูง ไม่มีน้ําแร่ในห้องและการทําความสะอาดก็โอเค

โรงแรมใหม่พร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทันสมัยในทำเลที่ดี เตียงมีขนาดเล็กแต่ก็สบายและอาหารเช้าน่าจะมีความหลากหลายกว่านี้ เรามีประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีกับผู้ชายที่แผนกต้อนรับเมื่อมาถึง - วิลเลียม - และพวกเขามอบหมายห้องประเภทที่ต่ำกว่าห้องที่จองไว้ให้เรา อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้จัดการรู้วิธีตอบสนองต่อความไม่สะดวกและปรับปรุงความรู้สึกด้านลบตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น
