I had a really lovely stay at Kora Tigot and would definitely stay again. The apartment itself was honestly beautiful, super clean, thoughtfully designed, and one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in. The styling was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well, I barely needed to use it because the apartment stayed cool easily. It genuinely made me happy coming “home” there each night. I booked the mountain view apartment which also overlooked a vacant lot/carpark area, but it was very quiet, got lovely afternoon sun, and wasn’t windy, which I actually appreciated. The location is a little removed from the main tourist areas of Tenerife, but for me that was actually a positive. It felt calmer and more relaxed. I would recommend getting a hire car from the airport - they are very cheap to rent on the island. A few small things could improve the experience further: * The pool closing at 6pm felt quite early, especially in summer. * It would be great if the hotel considered making it adults-only in future, as I think the atmosphere and style of the property really suit a quieter experience. * The apartment kitchen was very well equipped in some ways (there was even a stick blender/juicer), but oddly missing some basics like a tea towel, cooking oil, and more than a couple of salt and pepper sachets, coffee sachets. * The generators outside were also a little noisy at night depending on where the apartment was located. * Service wasn’t always especially warm or welcoming, although I’m not sure whether this was partly a language/cultural difference rather than intentional. Overall though, the quality and design of the accommodation really stood out and I’d happily stay here again.

Overall, I am very happy for what I paid (just over £200 for 5 days, all inclusive). The staff were not always the friendliest and I noticed the animation team only speaking to particular guests and not interacting so much with others. This did not bother me personally though. The themed restaurant is excellent, and the taxis are a good touch! Only points to note on the themed restaurant though are the booking is for 8:30pm, and they turned the lights off and were encouraging us out by 9:25. Also another couple had come in and sat down with their food. They were asked to move to the other restaurant which they did, and I assumed they would take their food over given they had plated up. Instead, the waiter scraped all their plates into the bin which seemed a real shame and waste of food, and raised a few eyebrows. (The restaurant was only around 25% full and no further bookings so they weren’t taking up space). The food overall is more than ok for the price paid, even if repeating. The drinks choices were good - I just wish the cups were bigger particularly for soft drinks so you’re not needing to refill as often. I was kindly given a late check out free of charge which was great. Corridors and outside are very loud until late - again this didn’t bother me personally as I struggle to sleep anyway. More than happy for what I paid but if I was paying the peak season prices I’d think a little more

The location is too far out for our liking but as we had rented a car, it was fine. We had also read reviews about the location so we expected it. For our rental car we were given a parking slot someone had just parked on so needed it changing. It did not seem like they were enforcing the parking. We were there in December so the weather was pleasant and not too hot to walk down to the Italian restaurant to have dinner. They are friendly at the Italian restaurant and their prices are good. They also went out of their way delivering food to door to our oldest child that had not come out for dinner with us. We did not go to the restaurant on site as the restaurant on site is independent and seemed very catered for the Brits. There is no breakfast available in the mornings on site so if like us, totally unprepared, the supermarket on site is ridiculously expensive and staff not very friendly. First morning we bought everything we needed, after we were prepared and only bought expensive baked goods. We did not try the pools, as the opening hours were extremely short. It would have been better if they'd been early morning till late evening. We heard there was a pool bar. There is a small playground for toddlers. Our house was a good size for a family of 5, allowed to stay 6. We would return because of our odd size family, the terrace and friendly receptionists.

フロントデスクが無いので、チェックインが少し複雑で時間がかかりました（WhatsAppでホテルスタッフと連絡を取る必要あり）。早く着いても早くチェックインしたり荷物を預けるということはできないので注意が必要です。ヨーロッパに比べてカナリアの方は湿度が高いのか、部屋が少しカビ臭く、部屋も湿ってる感じがしました。窓もありますが、私たちの部屋には中庭？に面した窓しか無く、ずっと窓もカーテンも閉めていました。また、他の部屋の音楽が聞こえてきたりしたので壁は薄いと思います。 ベッドルームとバスルームを隔てるドアは不安定で上の隙間が大きいので入浴時や排泄時などの音などを気にする方にはお勧めしません。また、バスルームにはシャンプーとシャワージェルが一体化したものしか置いていないため、気になる人はシャンプーやボディソープを持参された方がいいと思います。 部屋にはケトルや電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、シンク、食器類が備られているので簡単な食事なら準備できます。連泊する人にはいいのではないでしょうか。

Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

Für eine Vorübernachtung sehr gut geeingnet. Stylische Zimmer , für 2 Sterne sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Rezeption, Cheickin und Out sehr schnell. Preis-Leistung sehr angenehm.

Axel Beach Maspalomas We stayed 5 nights in room 123. The room was nice apart from 2 flaws:  * the drying rack on the balcony didn’t stay up (used a chair to solve that) * the plumbing in the bathroom smelled at various points, impossible to predict, and near impossible to easily fix… (luckily it never dropped below 20 degrees so we always left a window open) Aside from this our stay was very enjoyable. We didn’t take the breakfast option as there’s enough little shops around, and a fridge, hot plate and microwave (and plates, Dolce Gusto, cutlery) in the room. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, used the gym and laundry room, hung out by the pool several times, chatted and more. In this price category it’s well located, well staffed, and fairly priced.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. For a 2* it had everything I needed and wanted. Lovely palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere. There were plenty of activities to choose from / sign up to via the Tui App such as aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga, and arts and crafts. The young instructors were lovely and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was laid back and good fun with quizzes and shows and music.  They very kindly upgraded me to a large sea view room with views across to Fuertaventura. Very much appreciated. I went self catering and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. No oven but a combi microwave.  The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Pool / beach towel provided.  I had the buffet dinner on my last night and there was so much choice. Very good value for €20.  Would definitely recommend.
