Excelente atendimento e localização. Piscina mto gostosa mas a banheira de hidromassagem estava em manutenção e não pode ser usada. Hotel precisa de manutenção em diversos pontos mas de forma geral voltaria a me acomodar no local. Nos deram um ovo de Páscoa pelo feriado o que foi bem atencioso.

Presentable hotel with decent breakfast and swimming pool and jacuzzi, located across from the interstate bus terminal. Uber is wide available and usually it takes about 7 minutes to arrive . Room is spacious and clean and shower is very good. Recommended specially for the ones who have a car. Not many food options and remember to have a Brazilian socket to avoid having to buy for an adapter at the bus terminal. The waterfalls in the Brazilian side is approximately 35 minutes by Uber . The Argentinian side buses leave frequently from the bus terminal across from the hotel (expect to pay a lot to reach Argentina, R$35 to Puerto Iguazu plus another R$40 from puerto Iguazu to the national park. Returning the same way , R$150 plus the park ticket, that’s best to buy in advance online to save time in those enormous lines.

I had a really nice 3 night stay at the Mirante hotel, wish I'd stayed another night or two. I chose it for it's very handy location for the local bus station (the public transport was very easy to use to get to the Iguaçu Falls, airport and Itaipu dam), I hadn't actually realised what a nice hotel it was. Even a towel animal sculpture on the bed from Juliana the maid! Rooftop pool was lovely, everything was clean and tidy, breakfast was a fantastic buffet. There was also a games room (pool table, table tennis etc) though I didn't use it myself. The only very slight downside was no filtered water for drinking, other than at breakfast, but not a big problem.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de vários restaurantes. Atendimento foi bom, nada a reclamar. O local é familiar e aconchegante. Café da manhã é servido das 06h da manhã até às 9:30h em anexo ao hotel do lado, café bom bastante opções.

É um lugar agradável e atendentes simpáticos mas não atenderam a nenhum dos meus pedidos com relação ao quarto e não deram a mínima atenção sobre isso. Quartos extremamente barulhentos por estarem próximos a Br. Cachorro latindo no corredor 7:00 horas da manhã. Banheiro extremamente pequeno. A limpeza de quanto entrava para limpeza sem permissão arrumava e se houvesse lençol ou algo sujo não trocavam, somente toalhas. Pedi um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e me colocaram em outro. Televisão velha, péssima imagem e sem smart. Dizem ter tv a cabo, não contem com isso. Somente megapix. Pedi a troca e disseram que só havia 10 smarts tv no hotel que não teria como ou seja só oferecem pra quem paga mais caro provavelmente. Mas não se engane a maioria Dos hotéis nessa faixa da de preço é próximo a ponte da amizade seguem o mesmo preço padrão. Pra ter ideia eu questionei que o quarto não era a mesma qualidade da foto e a funcionária disse: pq as fotos são meramente ilustrativas 😂 Rir pra não chorar. No geral é bem agradável mas se espera conforto e silêncio não conte com isso.
