It was really nice and reception was super helpful. The weather was really bad so staying here make it super convient. I did my shopping, dinner, coffee without even going out :)

All the staff at this hotel, including the servers at the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. Steven at the front desk provided excellent customer service.

Beautiful old girl, kept elegantly up to date. My King room was tastefully furnished but the older heating system was a bit noisy and I had to crank it to 25°C to combat the -14°C external weather coming in through the window. This overheated the room everywhere except near the desk, where I needed to work for most of the evening. Brisk! Shower was blissfully hot. Towels, robes and toiletries all stylish but does anyone else have trouble getting product out of those tiny Aveda bottles? You need a vise-like grip! Doorman was lovely but front desk only brusquely efficient. A little more warmth on a cold night would have been nice. Hostess at the Grill even colder! This was all made up for the next day with exceptional service, smiles and warmth at The Drake, where the blueberry salmon and eggs on toast shouldn't be that delicious but IT IS! Please try it!

This is a wonderful long-term stay hotel. Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff. every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others. The room and the common areas were very clean and well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk during the evening shift was extremely friendly and helpful. He assisted us with several things and made our stay much easier. For a hotel at this price point, the breakfast was honestly hard to fault. It was more than satisfactory and offered great value. We also used the laundry facilities this time. There is only one washing machine and one dryer, so they were quite busy and we had to wait for our turn. Other than that, we had another very pleasant stay and would happily come back again.

Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!

Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

非常好，來這邊參加展會入駐的酒店，周邊吃的購物都非常方便，距離機場也就30分鐘的時間，前台有一位年齡稍微大點的大姐服務非常熱情，我真的覺得她非常友好。除了展會期間酒店價格略貴，其餘全部滿意！
